The Bienville were covered with shrimp had a healthy amount of crab meat and a creamy Parmesan sauce that were good but something about char-grilled Flavor that made these take a back seat The fried green tomatoes were very crisp on the outside and delicious texture on the inside but the signature crawfish sauce I can't put my finger on it but it was absolutely amazing The crab cakes were no lie 99% crab with next to no filler which is rare nowadays and the remoulade sauce was totally made in house And then finally the gumbo which was highly recommended due to all the achievements it's one, had the right balance of heat spice shrimp, crawfish, crab meat and, okra is a must try! The po-boy fish sandwich was a healthy sized fillet and you could tell was fried to perfection All in all I feel this was a great experience just touching down in Alabama, the only thing that made us laugh was we tried all this hot food when it was 102° outside.
