All unneeded was the waist taken in, back east that's under 20$, 12$ in the hood. She wanted 20$ plus 15$? I asked her why there was an additional add on and she explained how 'hard' taking in a waist band is. I don't think she realizes I've been getting that alteration done for 10 years and could do it myself if I had a machine. Won't be back to see her but the store overall is super cute and the Irish lady who runs is is very sweet.
