Worst service ever. Order is wrong almost every time. They forget things in the bag that you pay for and just overall inconvenient. I drive to McKinney now every time for Whataburger to risk having a little colder food but I know it will be fresh and have all my items without having to double check. Unfortunately, if I want Whataburger, this is where I go as this is the closest to me. Be prepared to wait a very long time. My last visit took 30 minutes to get my food which was cold as ice. It is usually at least 20 minutes. The Dr Pepper tastes off and so does the coke at this location. The fries are always underfilled leaving me feeling jipped every time. This location suffers from absolutely horrible management. Not only did we sit in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, the employee at the window had no idea what our order was and had to ask. Fine, I can see that there was confusion or what have you and I told her my order. The whole staff was messing around and laughing coming in and out from the dining room back to the kitchen and I could care less. Have fun sure. But when the service and food suffers to that degree then it becomes unacceptable. When we finally got our food the patty was actually cold to the touch, cheese was slapped on last minute and apart from actually getting the order correct (I was astounded by) it was put together very hurriedly and without an ounce of effort. Again this is what I expect from a staff made up of teenagers. But management, the shift lead, whoever is in charge needs to step up and ensure that food is being made correctly, timely, and with a resemblance of actual effort. It's obvious that training is mediocre at best. Rarely do I care enough especially over fast food to even waste my time writing a review but congratulations. Having had several negative experiences with this location in that past (those earlier one-star reviews matched my experience), I was shocked when giving the place 'one last try' that it had improved astoundingly. Friendly attentive workers, good food, and a clean dining area. I asked and they are under new management. I ate at 2pm on a weekday, so, I don't yet know if the food and service will hold up at other times, but my fingers are crossed. just left this whataburger and some total asshole was blaring their horn at the workers. I mean consistently and relentlessly blaring their horn. Not just a few times, it was actually ridiculous! I just wanna say these workers were working hard to deliver food to frankly a bunch of drunks (it's almost 3am) and they don't deserve to be subjected to this abuse. It's fast food and it is really not that serious. Just be patient and get your food and go home and quit harassing these poor people, they're doing a great job and if this is how you act, frankly you should be refused service.
