This location suffers from absolutely horrible management. Not only did we sit in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, the employee at the window had no idea what our order was and had to ask. Fine, I can see that there was confusion or what have you and I told her my order. The whole staff was messing around and laughing coming in and out from the dining room back to the kitchen and I could care less. Have fun sure. But when the service and food suffers to that degree then it becomes unacceptable. When we finally got our food the patty was actually cold to the touch, cheese was slapped on last minute and apart from actually getting the order correct (I was astounded by) it was put together very hurriedly and without an ounce of effort. Again this is what I expect from a staff made up of teenagers. But management, the shift lead, whoever is in charge needs to step up and ensure that food is being made correctly, timely, and with a resemblance of actual effort. Having had several negative experiences with this location in that past (those earlier one-star reviews matched my experience), I was shocked when giving the place 'one last try' that it had improved astoundingly. Friendly attentive workers, good food, and a clean dining area. I asked and they are under new management. I ate at 2pm on a weekday, so, I don't yet know if the food and service will hold up at other times, but my fingers are crossed. I have been here 4 times. 2 times my burger was wrong and once my burger was raw. Called and they said they would give us replacement meals. Perfectly fine. I thanked them and two of the times I didn't go back because it wasn't that big of a deal. This time I did go back because I cannot eat a raw burger. They replaced my meal and took a whole new order.
