When I got to the window I checked my bag (thankfully I did) bc they did forget a fry which they did end up giving me. But I was not happy to find plastic in my food. You need a new breakfast crew. Placed my order, 2 cars in front of me, sat for about 10min before I was at window. Guy looks at me and says "who are you?" I told him I placed an order with the guy by the menu. He walks away and another guy walks up wearing a full head and face mask like he's a member of Antifa and asks me my name, i tell him my name, and he walks away. I went to the new whataburger today hoping it would be good but it's not at all! I was in the line, I ordered and when I pulled up to get my food, the workers started arguing and one girl was talking about how she wanted to fight somebody while they were on the clock. I never received the right order. I had a whole different order and I was pissed. I went back whenever I noticed I didn't have the right order, and when I went inside, the entire floor was soaked with water! They have a bunch of teenage kids working that can't get the orders correct and suck at providing good customer service. My burger was pink on the inside! First time here, and I don't plan to return! The two drive thru lines were backed up and the attendant had trouble hearing our order, requiring us to repeat things multiple times. When we finally received our order, one out of three burgers was made incorrectly, despite the order receipt being correct, and our burgers were not hot. The fries were good though! read more

Got in the drive thru line at 2:31 PM. Sat unmoving for 20 minutes. Got my food a full 5 minutes before I receive my drink and card back. Total time 26 minutes. The food isn't worth the length of time it took them to deliver. read more

First visit. Pull into drive thru, not a single car moves for 5 minutes. I back out of drive thru and go inside to order. Used kiosk which worked fine. Now I'm sitting and have been sitting waiting on my order for 10 minutes. Still don't have it. People in front of me still waiting on theirs as well. Terrible service. read more

It's been open only a few days now but they already having problems. Food has been good and hot so I'm very happy with that but they need to figure out the drive thru line before somebody gets in a fight over it. It's not easily able to merge over when it's your turn and once your locked in it you better hope your speaker works or they will ask you to go to the other side which means you gotta back all the way out with cones in the middle. Doable but a nuisance. I'm wondering how long now will be before the employees will quit asking your name and greeting you politely before they turn disgruntled and unhappy to be there. The visit yesterday was complete chaos from start to finish -- every part of the experience fell short of Whataburger's usual standards. Went her for the first time a few weeks just to give it a try and I was so disappointed. The service was terribly slow and I honestly j a d no clue how much I was paying for my food but when I did pay for the food I was definitely shocked. 2 bacon cheese burgers 1 with a fry the other onion rings a drink and a water for over $30.00!!!! What!?!?! The customer service was fine however the 2 younger females delivering food with cars werw having their own conversation and cursing while we were sitting there waiting. I am just a stickler about customer service and nowadays these young kids habe no respect and do not care. I love less than 10 minutes away and by the time I got home my food was cold. Once I finally ate my burger I was pissed. That burger tasted like it came from McDonalds and so did the fries. Which were McDonalds fries and cold. For about $15 a meal I expected that burger to have some seasoning on it and be out together a lot better than it was. I have to give this a 1 star because thats exactly what it was. Placed my order and after an hour went to the cashier to ask about the status of my order and was told it showing another 25-30 minutes before it will be ready. First off it needs to be clear that this is just after the grand opening. My wife and I decided to hop in the line tonight since it was the shortest we've seen, after sitting in the line for an hour and 45 minutes we finally were able to get our food. Tons of staff, yet that long of a wait was confusing. This is the part that was actually frustrating, waiting isn't a problem if things are right! My burger was made wrong after asking multiple times for plain, and my wife's Texas toast on the burger was nearly black it was so burnt end to end. My family and I drove 30 minutes to get to this location. We were very much looking forward to trying it for the first time! When we arrived, the drive through was crazy busy, but dine in did not seem as crowded. We walked up to the doors and an employee grabbed the door from me and yanked the door shut and said we could not come in and had to wait outside... confused since we saw others walking in through other doors, but we waited about 5 minutes. Tried to open the door again, and an employee at the register yelled at me and my family to go outside and we could not come in.... The same employee from the first encounter grabbed the door and slammed it closed. Safe to say we immediately left. No manager in sight. read more

Professionalism is questionable with taking my card away to process my payment instead of bringing the payment processor to me. The staff is terrible while I was waiting in line for 10 mins in drive through the guy came on every 45 seconds to ask if we ordered while we weren't moving. This place to be in shambles even being open for 3 months or less. I am I recent worker that was just fired from this location because I questioned them about why my hours were cut. So I would like put this out here. Anthony moss doesn't care for the crew he has. He literally talk to the workers in the group chat like they don't matter. Ariel the dick riding manager she is be touching you guys food with no gloves because she's trying to get her "times" down. And zariah is a extremely hypocritical lier. She told me upon hiring me well before the store opened that I would have 40hrs a week. And weekends off. Eventually that changed. And I still worked what I was given. I didn't my job to the best of my ability. If I was y'all. I would not eat at this store. They take the meat off the grill well before it's done to hurry and get the food out. The grease looks like motor oil. They be dropping food on the ground and then picking it up and serving it. Cause it was just the bag or the wrapper that touched the ground. They be using old meat. And when told it's old. They say to still use it. Mind you I was just an order taker. And everyone in that store talks. Including some management. The only managers in there that are genuinely respected/respectful. Is Omar and deserei everyone else is just a bunch of suck up ass holes. The restaurant is infested with flies. I killed a fly on the drive thru Window. And to this day its still there. Y'all's wait times only happen cause cause they keep under scheduling people and sending people home because of "labor" which I really don't gaf about when I have bills that need to be paid. The store is just nasty. And I'm not the only employee that feels this way. And I literally got fired yesterday while in my day off. Cause I asked why my hours went from 31hrs this week down to 16hrs. And then alot of the co workers started saying how they feel.
