I've been to this whataburger probably 5 times because it is the most convenient. All 5 times our order was either wrong or missing items. We never leave with out checking our orders. I go inside instead of the drive thru because I know for a fact that they will forget something, and they always do. They get an extra star bc they gave me a free meal out of it one time when they forgot the fries, forgot the extra (paid for) sauces, gave us the wrong order AND the gravy in the wrong order was spilt all over the ENTIRE box. Also, their ice is the best and that's really why I keep going there lol. If they just had one person checking orders before sending them out, their food costs would drop tremendously. read more

Spent 30 minutes in the second drive thru lane for one burger, while 8 cars came and went in the first lane. When we were finally approached the worker was extremely rude and had an attitude when we told him we never got our drink. Kevon was the only good thing about our experience, he helped us and had a great attitude! You need more workers like Kevon. read more

Last night my boyfriend and I went to this location despite knowing the wait might be long however, it was not. For two sandwiches we waited a total of around 15 minutes. They have their drive-thru process down to a T. The best part of the experience was an employee named Kim. That woman needs a huge raise. Out of all the times I have been to this location not one employee has asked me how I`m doing and as sweet as Kim was to us she did and made sure that we had everything we needed in our order. Once we got to the window to pay she once again had a conversation with us while we waited to pull up. When we got our food at the next window she waived goodbye to us in the background. The workers I have been helped by are not nice and they refute anything the customers say about their order being wrong when it is hardly ever what the person ordered. I ordered 2 large fries tonight and it took 45 mins and it wasn't because it was packed, it was because of bad service. I get it can be a busy location but no other place in college station takes this long even if lines are out the door. it's because the service is terrible and the employees (from what i've seen) have such a hard time with the orders and are not capable or sufficient enough in basic customer service. when the manager is asked to get involved they don't see an issue either, so good luck getting someone to take your side. read more

Every time I show up here it's always understaffed and the lines here are over the top for the people that are schedule to work. It's always extremely busy and it never feels like I'm actually closer to getting my food. The drive thru is even worse and lately they have only been opening one drive thru during breakfast and today I waited 40 minutes to order just so they can tell me they ran out of biscuits and no where did they have a sign or something up where I could have made a decision to go somewhere else.
