Stopped at the drive thru to place an order. I was rushed not asked if I wanted mayo or mustard. Not asked if I would like to upsize my order. The window where I hand money over they were pleasant the on the other hand the window where I get food and drinks. She was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her day. We went through the drive thru on Saturday 1/30/16. It took over 20 minutes, and the service was terrible. My wife ordered the 6 piece chicken bites meal, but we got the 3 piece strip meal. The gravy was water, and the drive thru attendant was extreme short and rude. Did not apologize for the slow service. Will not be visiting this location ever again. read more

This is my second Whatta stop this morning trying to get Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits for coworkers. The first one I went to was no doubt having a rough morning. I heard them tell a customer in front of me that they had a power outage in the night and couldn't make something. They said they could only sell four HBCBs on one order, I buy my four and waited. Then the manager said they were out of chicken and asked if they could get me something else to replace the two biscuits I wouldn't be getting. Fast forward to this Whatta. I asked the cashier if they were by any chance out of chicken. She said no. I asked if their max for the biscuits was four. She said no. She reassured me they would take care of me and even offered me a drink while I waited for them to prepare my fresh chicken. Stephanie, you are an angel. I cannot wait to come back. I was very disappointed in my wait time at this location. I will never stop there again. I pulled up to the drive through with at least 10 cars ahead of me but foolishly figured it would go quickly. How it is set up you cannot get out of line, you are stuck to wait. I ordered hashbrowns and a honey butter chicken biscuit and I was in my car waiting for AN HOUR. A steady line of cars in front & behind me. Then when I got to the window my food wasn't ready yet! The girl at the window just said they got slammed all of a sudden. Poor service. Very over staffed with many employees just standing around. My family of 4 we're the only customers in the store and they weren't sure if they had the correct order when they came to the table with it. Management is very inattentive to the cash register. Saw one take out customer walk out because he stood at the register for about 3 minutes before being greeted. Food is EXTREMELY salty. read more

Excellent customer service. I was accidentally given someone else's order at the drive through. I went inside to tell them about it and they quickly corrected the issue and gave me a free cinnamon roll for the inconvenience. Great people! read more

My food is always food & delivered hot. The staff is friendly. I enjoy going to Whataburger.

AWFUL! Every time we go through the drive thru they get our order wrong. Either they forget items or they give us the completely wrong order. After talking with them about the orders being wrong they do not offer any compensation either new food or money back. I would have loved some compassion and a coupon or something for having to drive all the way back up there and NOT throwing a fit! If I would have got loud and obnoxious maybe they would have been more considerate. The last incident we had was when I went through the drive thru at 10pm and ordered, paid, and pulled forward so they could bring me out my order (they were cooking fresh chicken), I waited for about 10 minutes total and when I got my food I went home. When I get home and look in the bag it is the completely wrong order and worth much less than what I paid for. I call up there because I live quite a way away and they were less than friendly on the phone and continued to talk over me multiple times. I decided to go back up there and get it taken care of then. When I got to the restaurant and went inside we explained the situation and nicely/calmly asked if we could get our money back as well. The manager never came out to address the situation however he did peek his head around the corner as if to eavesdrop on our conversation with staff. We were also given our money back however we were told that was all. We were not offered the food we had originally purchased. We calmly left and will not be returning. We are not ones to complain about situations but this one has been ridiculous! Not only did they give me the wrong order and refuse to replace it but someone literally cooked fresh chicken for me and then gave it to someone else and gave me something completely different. They need to check the bags especially if they are bringing something out specifically to someone's car rather than handing it to them through the drive thru. Just seems like common sense to me. But like I said we will not be returning. read more

This location has been open for several months close to a year and in that time they never have adequate staffing, drive though lanes are extremely slow and they never open up the 2nd drive though lane probably due to staffing? The whataburger on Broadway is much faster!! read more

Bad service they took 10 mins to give us our onion rings they're rude and spilled soda down our car

Fast food ? NOT. I prefer not to eat fast food but my hub was hungry for whataburger. We are here visiting in TX. We used to live here back when What a burger was good and predictable. We placed our order at 1:28 pm we left at 2:32 pm. It took a whole 30 minutes to prepare 3 #1 orders as on the menus. No changes that would slow the order down. Many people upset but heard no apologies for all the inconvenience. No soap in the bathroom. How do the employees wash their hands? Won't be back. read more

Very dirty bathrooms. Poor service. Won't be back. Walked in and no one was working the front counter. We were the 4th in line before someone finally decided to help us. Waited 15 minutes and still did not have our food. Only ordered 1 burger and 1 order of chicken strips. Ridiculous!! read more

Horrible horrible experience here I go to water burger is all over Oklahoma and I have to say this is the only time I've demanded that they give me my order for free. I don't look for free meals for reasons but this experience was not only obnoxious it was rude. At this point I would say do not stop at this restaurant the staff has no idea what they're doing they literally told me they were out of ice tea french fries onion rings I asked them what I could have with my meal and they said I could get a burger. There had to be maybe three people in the entire restaurant eating and there are at least six people working and nobody knew what to do they were standing around like they had no clue how to even work. I called the other water burger in the city of Edmond and let them know they may want to call over to this restaurant to see if they can help them out somehow. The manager of the other store apologized profusely and I was having to deal with us and said if I wanted to drive over she would definitely give me whenever I needed for free because that's not how whataburger runs their stores. Oh I also sat in the drive-through at the ordering menu for at least 10 minutes and nobody came over to ask what I'd like I finally had to just pull around the window and knock on it before anybody even acknowledge I was there. It seems like until they get a new manager this is definitely some place not to stop. read more

This Whataburger is not good! I recommend you continue to a different choice. They are slow. They run out of basic burger ingredients. I recommend you find another choice!! read more

If you love Whataburger, skip this one. Very poorly managed. Staff is poorly trained and orders take forever. Thought it was due to being new location when I tried it a few months ago, but tried it again this evening and no difference. Needs help! read more
