Wow! We stopped at this location for a late lunch and they were surprisingly busy. That didn't slow them down in their service though. Our food was delivered by a sweet woman who brought us our food with a warm smile and the perfect suggestions for sauces. The food was hot and fresh and even better than I remember! Juicy burgers topped with a thick slice of cheddar. Crispy, fresh, and hot fries. The perfect onion rings (go well on top of the cheddar jalapeño burger ;)). We ordered the grilled cheese for our daughter and even that was delicious. It makes me wish they had one on the adult menu. The absolute worst service ever. Placed on order on the app, only to see an error message and get charged twice. In the middle of a roadtrip with kids and pets, $35 later we have no food, no refund, employees in the store wash their hands of any issues on the app and don't even offer any sort of help to resolve the matter just referred me to the 800#. I called the 800# only to be told that they also have no control over the app or refunds or orders. Sarah stated that customer service does not offer resolutions, no apologies given and no turn around as to when I would hear back from anyone. read more

This my second time ever eating at a Whataburger since I've been in TX. Sadly, there is no In N Out in El Paso so this is what I have to settle with. We stopped at this location around 4:30 today. The drive thru line was pretty long and the inside looked busy as well. They took our order pretty quickly and they made us pull up into the "B" lane as they have two lanes to wait in to pay and for your food. We ordered one patty melt meal and one patty melt with no meal. The patty melt was pretty good and tasted freshly made. Honestly it was pretty good for it to be a "fast food" meal. We asked for ranch to have with our fries and the girl said it was going to be 35cents. So annoying as we have been to another location and the guy literally gave us 5 ranches and 5 ketchups for free at the Whataburger down the street. We got two ketchups in our bags and some napkins. The two ketchup situation definitely caused world war three between me and the hubsssss lol, oh it went down! Anyways the patty melt is really good and I will be back for it again! Please Whataburger, be on the same page if wether or not ranch is free or if it's being charged. I need to be prepared!! Lol read more

If u want good service and u want ur order correct...don't stop here!! Every time that there's even a small line, count on your order being messed up! Knowing better, I still went through the drive through and they sent me to the out side lane which is an automatic "we are going to get ur order wrong" clue. And sure enough it was incorrect-no cheese. I told the young man(who was very nice) about the mistake and I requested a fresh burger. As luck would have it, they just stuck a slice of cheese inside the cooked patties. When I arrived home, the cheese wasn't even melted, the patties appeared to have been cooked way in advanced and as luck would have it the fries were cold!! When I called to complain, the poor fluent speaking lady couldn't even repeat my order correctly either...and she was the manager! Look WHATABURGER...I don't complain cause I want free food, I just want you to get my order correct!! Instead of trying to pump out burgers as fast as you can, maybe you should slow down, get the orders right and put out a good product so that you are not trying to give out free stuff to remedy your mistakes. read more

If I had to rank this place compared to McDonalds, McDonalds would win. The fries were cold, the bread was dry, the meat was so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Went and ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and did my 10000 modifications to it and got the wrong meal , and I understand I change a lot of stuff in my burger and everyone does one or two mistakes here and there , called and explained and took no effort to resolve this , easy and fast service as always .
