Service was incredible! Juan was our cashier and he was so helpful going above and beyond his job description! I asked if I could buy their Whataburger Christmas hat on their tree and he went and asked his manager. We were going back to Idaho the next morning at 3 am and they (Juan and manager ) were trying to locate a hat for us. Food was delicious as well! Workers at unprofessional. Maybe it is just the night shift. It is 11:15 pm and I watched the cashier ring up an employee in front of me. The employee ordered a burger plain and dry then proceeded to add each condiment individually. Then turns to his (employee) buddy standing next to him and says that this is how people have been ordering all day. When I was rang up they charged me for a meal when I ordered just the burger. I had to get them to refund me the difference which they did however the cashier made it seem like a big deal. Also it seemed slow but it took long for them to make my burger. I believe this Whataburger needs a bit more training on Professionalism. Other then that place was clean and there was someone sweeping. read more

This Whataburger maintains cleanliness and reflects well on the rest of the company. The lunch hour waiting times are shorter than many other franchise locations throughout the area. I love stopping by, and the convenient entrance coming from the East from the I-10 really makes it super easy to access. read more

Me and my mother went to buy some food since we hadn't cooked, and this was the worst decision, we should've just cooked instead. The fries tasted like nothing, we had to add salt ourselves. My mom got the green chile and said the meat had pink spots all over it and tasted different, i got the honey bbq and it was just squished together, i don't understand how i go to other places and they taste so much better but this one just tastes like whateverburger. The drinks were watered down and the packaging of our order was all squished together, bags were crumbled up completely and the napkins were made balls basically. They couldn't even give us the ketchup. Just do better i mean eastlake plaza is a place where people go to frequently and food like this is pathetic. read more

They had kept coming to my car asking what drink it was, very unorganized Thank you to team leader jordan who got my drinks within a minute and provided me with a remake on the meal. Popularity is vastly overrated. Their hamburgers are similar to McDonalds, they taste like cardboard. We have them twice and both experiences have been the same, There associates appear to be OK but on both occasions the order was done incorrectly. Now in fairness they did correct it. I do understand that this fast food but there appears to be an issue with hiring. In my option this is an issue through out El Paso especially with the fast food businesses and I just don't understand why so many people frequent fast food restaurants. There not exactly cheap any longer and the food is bad for you physically. This could explain, in part, the high obesity rate in El Paso. read more

I usually love Whataburger, but this location is the exception. I waited in drive thru area between 15-20 minutes, being the first in line for a number 4 combo. Needless to say, the line backed up and the employee kept coming to me asking if the order he had was my order, which was incorrect numerous times. Both lines of vehicles behind me started getting their orders, I had to keep moving forward to allow the vehicles behind me exit the premise. Don't know why I keep going to this location if I know each time I go to this location the order will be wrong. Just ordered 2 orders of 3pc Chicken strips with gravy. I wanted tea but the person at the drive thru told me they didn't have any tea. I went ahead and ordered a soft drink instead. Strike 1! After paying and getting me drinks I'm parked. Now I'm waiting and wait not even a rush hour but okay. Then they finally come up to my car with the wrong order and asked me what my order was. Strike 2! When I finally get my order it feels light. I checked my order and there was no gravy. So I inform another worker about the missing gravy. He tells me that they don't have any gravy and if no one didn't tell me about that? I was so shocked because the person in drive thru was quick to inform me they didn't have tea but not gravy when I placed my order with gravy. On the ticket it shows I ordered it and she keyed it in. Strike 3. Not going to this location any more. Might have to stop going to any of the locations altogether. This location has been opened for a while now and they still can't get their stuff in order. I try to dismiss the fact that young adults are working there but I can't believe the leadership.
