If you're like me and get a craving for lunch, then whataburger is the place to be. Walking in tho this location, I was promptly created by the staff, all of them were very polite and enthusiastic. I've never been to a whataburger before and they recommended I try the sweet and spicy bacon burger. I like the idea of a burger with bacon that's a little Sweet and a little spicy so I took their recommendation. Fast forward to when the food came out, this was definitely a burger that was worth of eating for lunch at approximately 1:35pm on a Saturday. I can't speak for how It would be at other times of the day but I have to assume it would be compatible. Overall the burger was filling, I would probably order it again. The fry's were appropriately salted and passed the bend test (where I hold a single fry and see if it bends), it remained rigid. Great experience, highly recommend this location. read more

I finally tried Whataburger a couple days ago, and wow, it was fantastic! I ordered the classic Whataburger, and it was so good for fast food. The patty was thick and juicy, the bun was fresh, and the whole burger was delicious, not some skimpy, paper-thin slider like you get at McDonald's. Easily one of the best fast food burgers I've ever so far. The fries? So good! They're like McDonald's fries grew up, went to culinary school, and came back hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. So fresh! The store was nice and clean and the staff cooked my food fast (in a good way) Honestly, I don't get why some locations have lower star ratings, this experience was top-tier. Me and my husband decided to try this Whataburger since we enjoyed the experience during our vacation in Jax Fl. It had very similar ambiance's and service. Both restaurants were busy and I'm sure more busy at certain times. We agreed to come back to either place because the food is undeniably delicious. My favorite eats was the onion rings , it gave me the feeling of those good ole nostalgic of school cafeteria onion rings. The sandwiches are a nice size and meet the standards of a good burger. Only drawback of my Patty Melt was they skimped on the sauce. Other then that I would order again and ask for extra sauce. I did notice my husband's buffalo chicken sandwich looked like it was saucy I was kinda jealous but it's ok I'll be coming across the state line to come have a revisit. Lastly but importantly, I gave this Whataburger 5 stars because of the guy that took our order was friendly and accommodating, we like that, even if it was a bit of a wait my food was correct and fresh. read more

The burgers are delicious and I recommend you use the spicy ketchup. The chicken sandwiches rival that of most fast food chains. The drive thru does tend to take a while to get through. My recommendation is even if you want the food to-go, park and go inside to order. It comes much faster and you can usually order immediately. And to no surprise, when getting to the window, you see the culture of the staff as being very laid back. It was great! The food is made to order and came out piping hot. My gf and I had burgers, fries and onion rings; All delicious. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. If I had to nitpick the experience, it was time. We were on our way to church and it took longer than anticipated. I realize that the reason for the wait is because the food is made to order. This is certainly a good trade-off, but it would have been helpful to know that the wait time is longer than what you would expect at a fastfood restaurant. It was pretty good, I was pleasantly surprised. It was better than I remembered it being from passing through Texas. 4/5 because we did order a large onion rings and didn't get them, so that was a huge disappointment especially considering we waited close to an hour in the drive thru - plenty of time for the crew to make sure each order is complete and correct before handing it out. The shakes are good, the burgers are huge, the patty melt is like if you took Steak n Shake's and gave it a big upgrade both in flavor and in quality, and the fries are just awesome. The drinks are giant so just so you know - if you order a large, it's 44 enormous ounces. We went at just after 11pm and escaped with hot food at midnight. Thoroughly check your bag before you leave the window and show up hungry and you won't be disappointed.
