If ever you want to go to the worse whataburger of your life come here
    Priscilla T.

Believe the reviews when you see them. This has to be hands down the worse whaterburger I've ever been too. We waited a veryyyyyyyy long time for our order and all the workers look like zombies being forced to do their jobs. There is probably one girl who cares there but the rest are just working at a snails pace. There is no sense of urgency and there is defintely no sense of care. Believe each and every review because the food is made crappy. Not worth the wait.

Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger that still had onions on it.

We came late at night and ordered via drive-thru. The wait time for food was longer than normal, had a car infront of us and we both had to pull forward to wait for food. My onion rings and burger were fresh but the other order we had felt older with flimsy and squishy fries. The main issue is our sweet and spicy bacon burger was made wrong since they left on onion and mustard. We had to scrape everything off and rebuild it as well as throw the fries in the air fryer.

Shit on Toilet in dirty men's room Whataburger, Grapevine, Texas

Food is excellent, service is really good also. Ambiance is clean and peaceful! However the dried Shit on the toilets in the men's bathroom needs to be addressed this in not cool ever! Leadership needs to make these associates clean the bathroom top to bottom 6 times daily.

Whataburger is a great place except when you get chicken and they forget your gravy. This is the worst.

This Whataburger is much cleaner than the one near DFW airport, and there isn't any gas station attached to it, which is a good thing.

Portillo's is typically a hit or miss with us here…read more Depending on what you get will actually determine how you like the food. We always get the [Jumbo] Hot dog, which is not as big as you'd expect, but it's tasty. We enjoyed eating the Jumbo Chili Cheese Dog, Char-Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage, and the Char-Grilled Polish Sausage. These are all the hot dogs we typically order. We're not fans of the Italian Beef Sandwich nor the Big Beef Sandwich; they typically have a lot of gravy in them. The Char-Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich wasn't worth it. If you side the gravy and don't add peppers (an extra charge), you'd literally just get the bread and the sausage. The fries and onion rings are usually mediocre, but it's good served as a meal. On the other hand, the staff has always been kind, both in-house and drive-thru. The place has never been too crowded.

I've loved Portillo's ever since I first moved to Chicago back in 2001. I became a regular pretty…read morequickly. It was one of those places you just kept going back to because the food was consistently great and it felt like a true Chicago institution. So when Portillo's finally came to Texas, I was thrilled. Let's start with the star of the show...the Italian Beef with hot peppers. It's incredible. Order it dipped and you will be in food heaven. And if you really want the ultimate Chicago move, make it a combo by adding the Maxwell Street sausage. That combination is absolute perfection. Messy, bold, and ridiculously good. Of course, the Chicago-style hot dogs are outstanding too. Just make sure you order it the right way and "drag it through the garden." That means the full lineup of toppings, just like they do in Chicago. It's the real deal. The sides are fantastic as well. The crinkle-cut fries are always solid, and the onion rings are super crispy and addictive. If you're trying to behave a little, the chopped salad is my wife's favorite. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and honestly one of the best salads you'll get anywhere. And here's the surprise for people who haven't tried it...the hamburger is fantastic. Big, meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. I'll say it plainly. It's better than just about any fast-food or fast-casual burger out there. Bottom line...Portillo's isn't just another restaurant. It's a Chicago legend that delivers every single time. I'm glad Texas finally got the memo.

My name was never called. When I finally asked about my order, the employee preparing the food told me that he had already made it and had given it to someone else. I explained that I had been standing there the entire time and never heard my name called. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, or checking the receipt, he repeatedly insisted that the order was already made and that someone else had taken it. I told him that this wasn't my fault and that orders should be verified before being handed to customers. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he dismissed my concerns and ignored what I was saying. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but what disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. A simple apology and willingness to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was responsible for an error that could have been prevented by verifying the receipt before handing out the order. I hope management provides better customer service training and ensures employees verify orders before giving them to customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

This review is for the location in Grapevine…read more The food and service are both always good. The onion rings are big, which I prefer over the waffle fries. The prices are reasonable. I tried the strawberry lemonade for the first time and it wasn't very good. It was tart and not sweet. On the half and half side of fries and onion rings they only give you two onion rings. That's not half and half. It's nice to be able to sit outside or inside. Overall it's a nice place to grab a quick lunch or dinner.

I can see how others would want to come and enjoy the space. They also have a cool alcoholic drink menu, though I didn't try these. Now why the 2 stars? The food. Very below-average wagyu sliders. Flavorless. Dry. No smoked, grilled, grease, butter, salt, pepper flavor. I couldn't make out a single flavor in the meat patty. Sauce has a zing, that at least adds a level of flavor on the burger. The chicken slider was good. The larger issue is that if our sliders, a couple of them were more "pink" than we'd have liked. Beef is fine when not cooked well, so we let this go. However, one of our burgers was extremely pink, like not-safe-to-eat pink. At this point, we just decided to end our experience early rather than hanging out. The fries weren't great, the sweet potato fries were a total miss. Overall, bland, uncooked, flavorless food in a building that's been well-designed & decorated. A lot of missed potential.
