If you have an XY chromosome, this is your place. 1 Star. Service - Rowdy Cowboy is known for having great servers who are very friendly (and nice to look at). All tables were taken, so I sat at the bar. The bartenders were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They got my order wrong, but I don't care. Their friendliness made me not care. 1 Star. Food - Look, if you're here, you're not here for the food. I started with the Steak Frites. The steak was super tender but lacked seasoning. The shoestring fries were awesome and made the perfect pairing to the steak. I ordered the Brisket Sliders but ended up with Wagyu Sliders. I didn't mind because our bartenders were so friendly, but the sliders were just ok. Remember, this place is not known for the food. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. My husband HATES that! We do not think twice to drive 45 minutes to get to Rock & Brew for the blackberry mojitos but to get bad service, that makes it difficult to justify. If you are headed to the bar to just have a few blackberry mojitos, I recommend this place all day. If you want service and plan to eat, I am not sure I would give it any stars with the last few visits. We have had great service here, just not in the last 3 visits.
