    Crab Cakes Benedict

Enjoyed the Crab Cakes Benedict with breakfast potatoes & an extra side of grits. The hollandaise sauce was phenomenal, & the potatoes were seasoned perfectly & just crispy enough. Service was quick & friendly despite the restaurant being quite busy.

This is clearly a place popular with locals and visitors alike. We waited 40 minutes on Memorial Day and were rewarded with delicious, satisfying food. My friend had a pancake as a side and it was huge! I had the egg sandwich and added a side of sausage gravy which was perfectly made and for dipping chunks of my biscuit and hash brown potatoes in. Service was efficient. I will return!

    BLT. Very good.

Native Cafe is the best breakfast spot at Pensacola Beach. My wife and I have been coming for years. My go-to is the BLT but they have a lot of great menu items.

We sat at the bar and the service was great. We were in from out of town and our bartender gave us some great sugessions of places to go and to eat at. I got the fish tacos and my girl got the classic benny. Both were delicious and good portions. I got an espresso martini no sugar add burbom cream amd it was fantastic. Their menu serves both breakfast and lunch all day. They also have local art for sale. They make their own hot sauce, and you know that makes me happy! Next time we are i. town this will be our breakfast joint!

I love their southeastern omelet. It last plenty of chunks of steak while not being over whelmed by the green pepper. Their salsa (store bought not fresh made) added to the flavor. One of my favorite meals here. I'm thinking about buying one of the paintings on their wall. I've been waiting it for a few months. Lots of great art and some mediocre art is hanging on their walls.

Over priced and food wasn't good. After placing our order we waited over 35 minutes for a raw hamburger, cold hard pancakes and cold French toast. Won't be back

Great food and service along with a friendly atmosphere! Tad pricey but I can't say it wasn't worth it.

Heard about this brunch place from a local. It is unassuming on the outside, but very beachy on the inside with local art . Good breakfast at a decent price. Our waitress was great, and the service was fast. You can also order a latte/espresso drink with your breakfast.

Everyone enjoyed the vibe in this place. So eclectic and artsy. Staff totally awesome. Very clean and well run! Didn't like the biscuits and gravy BUT I tried some of what the kiddos ordered & I'll definitely get the p-cakes or French toast next time!

Any gluten free options yet like pancakes or French toast?

I am totally sure, but i would say probably not.

Is there brunch?? How long does it go to?🤔

They have a breakfast and lunch menu. So get there early for breakfast. The wait is worth it. Try the eggs Benedict!

Loved the food, the service, the ambience and everything in between UNTIL my wife and I decided to…read morego alone one night, as our lodging was directly across the street. I won't lie, my wife looked exquisite that night! We had been down by the bar for about 10 minutes as we were waiting for our table, as is very common on almost every night! We order two mixed drinks from the bar, even though waiting in line at the bar was just as much a wait for a table at times... my wife notices a gentleman down at the end of the bar and he's eyeballing or making her feel slightly uncomfortable... and as we wait for our drinks to be made, which took an unusually long time as they were sitting at the end of the bar at the bartender tried to feel five and six hours at a time, which in itself is not in common either... so I finally get the drinks and I noticed one has a cherry and one doesn't. No big deal, I like cherries, so I took the one with the Cherry and gave my wife the one without the cherry on top. mine tastes, great, hers. She begins to complain is so very bitter and strong, and she's like "taste this and how strong it is." So, I taste hers and it has a slight bitter bite, and much stronger than mine, so I mix our drinks together to dilute hers and about that time... My wife says to me,"I'm gonna move next to you and get closer..." so, I scooted her chair over next to me, she sits in the chair, we get very close, and as I'm going in for a nice fat tongue kiss, she becomes very pliable in her sitting posture and begins to slide in her chair toward the floor as she was telling me something's not right... long story short she said we both felt the need to exit, so I put her arm around my shoulder and supported the rest of her body with my hips, and began to walk her out of the restaurant... no one would've ever known to the extent she was beginning to become paralyzed as it was all sitting in as we were walking out of the restaurant and headed back across the street to our accommodations. We barely made it to the truck... I was praying she maintained some sort of ability to be able to keep her feet to some degree. And as she began to tell me more her mouth and bottom lip begin to slur her speech, began to become very slurred and by the grace of God, and by the time we got her to our bed in the condo she couldn't move anything on her body except her lips. She was completely paralyzed.. . She was completely incapacitated and all because I drink the drink with the cherry... so I can only guess or surmise that the plan was to incapacitate me so that someone could get their hands on her while I was incapacitated, had I drank the drink that had no cherry on top! What a ride!

Additionally, the live music on the covered patio was a great touch. Loved how the vibes here were more than just another touristy seafood spot on the beach. Now for the food- everything was absolutely incredible. They print their menus daily to ensure it's up to date with their fresh catches. We started with the crab claws and BBQ oysters, which were both so flavorful and perfect appetizer. The garlic butter from the crab claws was so good I could have drank it straight from the dish. For mains: The special they had when we went last Friday was tilefish with grits, brussel sprouts, and fried shrimp and it was a must (2/6 at our table got this). Another big hit was the grouper piccata- this is another must get, and what the local in our party gets everytime she comes. The whipped potatoes are just delicious. Other dishes we got were the filet mignon and honey wasabi yellowfin tuna. You truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu! In the words of our server.. "chef could prepare a shoe and I'd eat it!" To finish the night, we had the key lime pie & the signature praline basket (with a brownie). Both desserts were, you guessed it, amazing. The key lime pie enthusiast at our table said it was the best he's ever had. The Grand Marlin will be seeing me again next time I'm in town!!

Asparagus were soggy and it was laid on a bed of rice that was also soggy. The cook on it was good though, the sauce that made everything super soggy- not so good. Definitely not worth $40. Mahi tacos were delicious. I'm a native Californian and they were comparable to what I'd expect from a shop back home. Chips and salsa as a side is unusual, but they were light and airy. Considering all things, I'd give this place a solid 4 (maybe 3.5 because of the ribeye). Service could have been better- but our waitress was super busy so I'll let that slide. Cheers

This was the only one that severely disappointed. Seated quickly outside. Not in the restaurant's control, but it was very hot & muggy. No breeze and no fans. Ordered a dozen raw oysters. Waitress told me it came with two sides. They charged extra for the second side. I'm fully aware of how much these places charge. Was not expecting to sweat through a 'just ok' meal for three for $200... My fault. Next time I'll trust my Yelp reviews.
