The food is always hot and good. The reason why they're getting 1 star is because they are SUPER SLOW! No matter what time of day you come, both lanes have at least 2-4 cars in it and that's before you can either pay or receive your food. Had I not been stuck in between cars, I would have driven off. I hope they can either hire more people or have a better system for getting the cars in and out of the drive thru. read more

Worst whataburger location ever! They always mess up on orders and the service is ridiculous. Third time trying this place and they can never get the orders right. Don't waste your time either. 15 minutes to get 6 chicken strips. It only took that long because they must have given our order to the other car infront of us. Steer clear of this dump. The renovations made it worst instead of better. That management should be really reviewed by the owner or owners. read more

Every single time I go there, I order a #2, no cheese (cannot eat dairy anymore, no Whataburger seasoning, and no salt on my fries), I always get a greasy burger with cheese and a ton of Whataburger seasoning on my burger. If it was not open late at night, I would have gone to Burger House instead and have gotten better service. read more

I have been to this whataburger on 2 separate occasions. The first experience with ordering from this whataburger I was given a completely different meal from what I ordered, which is unexceptable. The second experience, I politely asked for jalapeños on my patty melt, the nice lady at the drive thru repeated my order back to me correctly (with the jalapeños) and I managed to receive my order without the jalapeños but was still charged for them. Overall I would NOT recommend coming to this whataburger and I would drive the extra couple of miles to go to the whataburger on el dorado because the service has consistently been subpar. Also keep in mind that I have only mentioned 2 occasions of poor service when I have also received a couple more poor experiences. read more

A clean well kept store made this visit very enjoyable. You know what you are getting with fast food and this location surpassed my expectations. Of course there are better burgers out there but comparing these with other fast food, it is great. Costumer service was quick and very friendly. Ok, I'm not sure what exactly goes on here, but i absolutely necessarily know this is my very last attempt to come here. It's obvious they don't follow proper protocol at this location on Fuqua, so I'm here at 9:04am today (just in case the Franchise owner (s) want to investigate), I give the lady my card to pay for my food, usually they give you your card right back, but it was taking a long time. So when she does come back she hands me my food, and i have a deer in the headlights look on my face and ask her for my card (a bit unusual), she actually got an attitude with me and said "I was going to give you your food first then your card mam", well precious you give the card back first then the food. This gives room for speculation regarding my card, why it took so long and her defensive attitude. read more

I stopped by there new location to grab a bite to eat to hold me before my dinner is done. I was surprised with the level of customer service they provided. They were so polite and greeted me with smiling faces. The employees were well groomed and wore new uniforms that stood out. Way to go Whataburger. I will certainly return read more

Terrible service, unorganized, for instance numbers will go from 37 to 48 than back down to lower number like 34 just give you a taste of how unorganized that was. The manager in charge was pretty much uncivilized, he gave pretty unprofessional face gestures. The service was pretty bad,the was a young male at the register and he wasn't very friendly at first then after we sat and wait for the order he call the number up front and seem like he wait it for us to come get it,when he realize we wherent going to get up he walk to where we where sitting and hand the food over the wall behind there we where sitting, did it 3 times with all 3 orders which I find very rude and was not carring the sauce tray with him and when we asked why, he said that at night they leave it on the counter for customers to grab. I'm not sure, but i have never had this issue with a Whataburger before :( but overall the food was good as always. read more

Extremely horrible customer service. I haven't been back to this location in the year, because the way I was treated last time I was at this location. I made a call in order, the lady repeated back my order and the order was messed up. I told her what I ordered and she kept shaking her head in front the manager told me know I was wrong. I told the manager that's great great customer service right there....telling the customer they are WRONG. I swore I never come back this location again, after they offered me free meals. So today on the way to the dry cleaners, I decided to give them a second chance... Shame on me. I called them once and it hung up on me after four minutes and one second I've been ringing off the wall. So I called back, same thing. Then this time after dropping off my dry cleaning, I walk into the store with the phone still ringing in my hand and asked the lady taking my order do you not answer the telephone? I'm in a hurry to get to work now, NOW I have to wait for my hamburger to be ready in 10 more minutes. Then she directs me to the manager on the floor...I am guessing, and she says the general manager is in her office she should be answering the phone. I showed her the phone was still ringing and I repeat the phone number to her she said "yep that's it" and then proceeded to forget about me and turned around & was getting other orders out. Could not understand why she didn't go get the general manager and let me speak with her??! The store absolutely needs to learn about customer service. First time it was their fault, second time... shame on me for ever going back. I will never go to this location ever again. read more

Service, ok. Business wise. Terrible. An employee locked one of the only 2 entrances to this establishment late at night. I understand the security purpose but it has honestly left a lot of business turn away. I dined in one night and many customers walked away thinking it was closed because of the 1 locked door with no sign directing to the other door. I have been to many a Whataburger and this is by far the most well run location I have visited . Excellent fresh food and excellent service and sparkling clean. Have visited half a dozen times and always the same experience over the course of a year. Sure it is slower than most other places, but for cooked to order food, it's worth it. read more

I have a what's burger closer to me on Clearwater but it is always bad. So, I drive to fuqua just to get a nice hot hamburger.

the hole staff is friendly and nobody's on their cell phone texting. I ordered and it came out pretty quick set down in the dining room.

This use to be my favorite WB, I don't know what happened. The guys that took my order could not be any slower (annoying slow), and then I had to go back to ask him for ketchup. When I moved here almost 7 years ago my son turned me on to Whataburger. Best fast food burger around. Always get it will grilled onions which is EXTRA at most places but free here. French fries are great and once in awhile I get the onion rings which are very good too. I love there diet coke. It has a better taste than most fast food places. Don't know why but it does. If you haven't tried them check it out. ALSO if you get the receipt, you might get to review them at whataburger and you get a FREE whataburger with purchase of small or larger drink and fries.
