Took 5 min for someone to acknowledge me and anther 10 for them to take my order. Once I placed my order it Took me almost an 40 minutes to get my food...and it was after 8pm!!not prime dinner time. That is unbelievable! super slow service. Should be called "what's a burger" because they clearly don't know. Looked like someone took a Patty and stuck it on a bun, then stepped on it before serving it. Not the first time I've had that experience. Interior of the restaurant was dirty and extremely Loud. If I could leave 0 stars I would burger is drowning in mayo I paid $15 for a meet patty drenched in mayo The past two times I've gone they have submerged my burger in mayo to the point where when I grabbed my food out the bag my paper my burger was wrapped in was soggy asf just from the 2 minute drive home they have never done this idk who is in the kitchen they must be new but this is not how you serve a burger I do not recommend going at night because who ever is cooking will douse your burger in mayo and the manager serves it anyways literally paid $15 for a burger just for it to be covered in mayo not once but twice absolutely disgusting read more

Love this Whataburger. Just observed a new young lady very stressed and the manager walked up and told her to breath and take some deep breaths she was doing great. The manager, Ms.Cindy, was so supportive and told her whole staff they were doing a great job. She said they made record sales today and have been very busy. You would never know know it to look around. Everything is clean and well stocked with condiments. The people here are friendly and we love the food. Absolutely incredible location! This is easily the best whataburger in Texas. The employees are incredibly interesting, conversational, and helpful! Brianna specifically is easily the best employee I have ever come in contact with in my entire life. I mean seriously, get this lady a job at a 5 star restaurant. Wow! Probably the best Whataburger I have been to in my 62 years. Fish sandwich was superb. Large hot crispy filet on smallish but perfect bun. Just right mayo lettuce and tomatoes. Onion rings were plentiful and crisp and sweet. Tea was good too. Restaurant was clean and bathrooms were gorgeous. Service was fast and courteous. Hubs burger was fresh and good. It's amazing how when they say that the dining room is closed it only applies to certain people.

So my father and I were going up to Colorado to rebuild his transmission and we had to get something to eat so we stop by a McDonald's, but it was busy, so we went to a Whataburger nearby. We went through the drive through and ordered our food. First: My sprite basically had no flavor. We ordered large fries but they gave us mediums. The fries we under cooked, the employees we nice but they to FOREVER. They gave us regular ketchup instead of spicy ketchup. And the food was cold. I do NOT recommend this specific Whataburger, it would be much more worth it to go to the next one. read more

I LOVE Whataburger and have eaten at so many in the South I have lost count. This was by far the nicest one I have ever been in. The building is so clean and bright. Whoever owns this franchise has gone way beyond the normal Whataburger. But the most important point I want to make is the Manager and Staff. Their service was just outstanding. We were going to pick up our Grandson for Spring Break. We ordered our meals to eat there but ordered Chicken Fingers to bring to him (of course he is related to me and also LOVES Whataburger). Since they realized we were eating there but were taking out a to-go order they asked could they keep his meal under the warmer until we were ready to go. This place is a real gem. I ordered online from Whataburger one night. I went to pick it up and there were at least 20 cars in the drive thru. So I went to the door and it was locked. The dining room was closed. I called to ask them if I could at least get my food at the door and I was told "No you will have to wait in line" so I asked for the manager "Adrian" who told me the same thing. So I asked them to cancel the order and asked how I get my money back I paid online. He said "call the 800 number". So I did and was told a Regional Manager would call me within 24 hours. 2 days later I called back and was told the same thing, then again 2 days after that. Long story short, I called 5 times and never received a return call nor did I receive a refund. I had to dispute it with my bank and didn't get my money back for almost a full month. read more

I have always been a Whataburger fan, but some locations have an understandable personnel issue... Whataburger Kaufman is the perfect place. My daughter and I had been having a rough time, and the cheerful, warmness of the people here, touched my heart. I pointed out to my 12 year old daughter the sweetness and sincerity of the staff. Every single one of the members of the staff here were over-the-top polite and hospitable. I must say, I was wowed, especially by Mark and Cindi. I don't review fast food joints but I had to give this place a review. I have been eating at Whataburger for decades and all of them are good. This place is great. Very clean, modern, awesome restrooms and bright inside. My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times since they opened and both times the burgers were hot and fresh.
