I called them on the phone to ask what was going on and they said they were closed and wouldn't open for another hour. I asked the girl, aren't y'all open 24 hours? I wanted to give you no stars at all!!!! I have ordered the sweet and spicy bacon burger twice this week each time they screwed it up. The first time I asked for mayo, no mustard and no onions. They made it mayo, and no onions and no spicy sauce. Today I ordered mayo no mustard, thinking the onions came with the sweet and spicy sauce. They made it mayo and still no spicy sauce!!!!!!!! We ordered two taquitos and a chicken strawberry biscuit. The kitchen messed up our order and the order of the people behind us. We ended up with only taquitos and no biscuit. There was a young man named Rogers or Reggie that was running around making sure everyone was taken care of. He was moving so fast I couldn't read his name tag accurately. He was saving the day for that restaurant. He fixed our order and the people behind us right away. Then he fixed several other orders as well. The kitchen at this place has a hard time keeping up. It took over 15 minutes to get our order. But I gave four stars because this young man was making it happen. When our order was wrong it took him less than a minute to fix it. read more

Wait times are ridiculous if you HAVE to stop here make sure you've got nothing planned for the next hour. Chicken box was over cooked and half of it wasn't edible. Tonight, I gave the cashier $9 in cash and told the person to put the rest on my card. In the process the cashier did not put that I had cash in. It charged my card the whole amount. My mom went to go tell the manger (I have my son) and she got the $9 back and apologized. THEN when we were waiting for more tea to be put out we overheard the manger taking shit about how it was just $9. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Worst Whataburger in the area so far. Messed up order twice due to new hire not knowing how to do their job. Manager came and apologized to THE CASHIER for the customers (my boyfriend & I) "getting onto" the employees when we very clearly and loudly ordered our food and got interrupted multiple times by the cashier due to her conversating with what seemed to be her peers at the soda fountains. After the 2nd mess up we asked for our money back and were told that we could not get a refund even though the food had not been messed up so we waited about 20 minutes for them to make our simple Whataburgers. I have never written a review for a fast food joint, but this was so out of order that I felt it was necessary. People go through a drive thru for convenience and speed. Neither of these were met.
