Called the store and snarky manager said I'd have to come up there or get a refund from door dash. Hmmm, refund, guess that grandkid can go without food tonight, right? The whole point of door dash was so I wouldn't have to get out but sure I'll drive up there to pick up my food that YOU forgot to put in my order. im sure I speak for most the people who visit here i work in the plants over in la Porte , very little do I get the opportunity to leave the site an get me a hot meal made fairly fresh. This location on 2/21/2023 the people on shift between 11pm and 1pm when I ordered my food i asked specifically for #4 , dr.pepper and spicy ketchup a June bug could've taken down my order. somehow these people on shift manage to screw up this order with a Diet Coke and regular ketchup. I went to this Whataburger on Friday night after my grandson's baseball game. Went through the drive through in the second lane, where they have to come out. The guy was very nice, but when we finally got our food. My hamburger was cold, wet, was wrong, the bun was wet, I cleaned everything off the burger and left the meat and but had to spit it out, was horrible. Recently returned to Texas, "home of the Whataburger," and within 2.5 weeks and 3 visits to this location, we have had cold food, all 3 times. We use the drive thru and only live 1.5 miles away. The meat is cold, the bun is cold, and just not up to our previous Whataburger experience. Have always been Whataburger fans!! And I wasn't disappointed!!! What a great hamburger!! All of my questions...(is a Sonic #2 burger really the best?) were put to rest when I got my Whataburger...it is still the finest burger I've ever had. I don't remember the top service...they deliver it to your table and hover over you long enough to make sure you have every sauce and condiment...or if you need a refill of your drink.
