Love their pita wraps/shwarmas. So much flavor. Customer service was good and was nice enough to give me a $10off card for my next visit. Will return (:

Great place to try some gyros, the place is small but the food is delicious, The owner is really attentive and he would go ask if we needed something else. The meal is with fries and a coke. We ordered for dessert a tiramisu and it was really creamy, we loved it. There is no music and the place is calm. The restaurant is right besides a gas station, so very few spots to park. Other than that really good authentic mediterranean food.

The only one Grape leaves they had out looked putrid.. Like it's been out since last week as well Also no desserts in cold refrigerator The only dessert they had was left out and looked super dry and still trying to sale them and hardly anything in stock Along with wilted lettuce for sandwiches I've come to you and specifically order a chicken shawarma sandwich with hummus The guy who is working is sooooo rude and unwilling to help with order ... Told me he can't make a sandwich with hummus I told him if paying for the hummus was an issue...that I would pay 4$ for hummus if needed..but just refused to take care of the customer...this was before I asked him what he was doing because he grabbed a Togo box ...and proceeded to to put hummus in a box and then act like I didn't order it on a sandwich And this isn't the first time Last time he got mad because I asked for my sandwich in pita bread not tortilla bread..lol (that would make it a burrito) And acted like I was asking too much.. When all I want is a sandwich I order made correctly... I just gonna leave this here I would not recommend this place to anyone... You want good place go to Dimassi's on nasa blvd.. It was traditionally made, with chicken thighs, and did not feel greasy at all. Very tender meat and mildly spiced. The hummus was mild as well, and you could tell it was homemade. Super creamy and light. The rice was cooked perfectly. The salad was small, but fresh. The yogurt sauce was flavorful, and was intended for the salad but could be mixed with the chicken if you need more flavor. My husband got the spicy mango yogurt and liked his, too. The whole meal felt very healthy. This a super casual, quiet and calm place to eat which we appreciated. Highly recommend it!

Just living right there in the middle of the road. Service was fine, place was fine, food was fine. But if I'm eating kabobs, I'm hoping for something that punches me in the taste buds a little harder. This one was more like a polite handshake. Not knocking it -- it's just not really my thing.

It's one of the best restaurants on Center Street and, in my opinion, one of the healthiest options too. A meal here almost always starts with the hummus and pita. The hummus is unbelievably smooth and flavorful, the kind that keeps you dipping until you've accidentally made it a meal of its own. The tzatziki is another standout. Creamy, cool, and garlicky with just the right tang, it's the kind of sauce that makes everything it touches better. I've never been big on eggplant dips, so I haven't gone for that, but I know plenty of people swear by it. My usual order is the pita gyro with a Greek salad. It feels fresh and filling without being heavy, though I have to admit their fries are hard to resist. On my last visit I went for the mixed chicken and shish kabob plate. The meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned so well that I didn't even need the extras, though of course I still used them because that tzatziki is just too good. For dessert, the baklava is always worth saving room for. It's flaky, sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent at the end of a healthy-feeling meal. Bibi's can get packed around lunchtime, and once you've eaten here it's easy to understand why. The food is fresh, consistently delicious, and a step above what you'd expect from a quick lunch stop. I'll be back, as always, and one of these days I'll slow down enough to give the menu the detailed attention it deserves

We started with a sampler platter of appetizers, and let me tell you: you could tell the dolmas ("grape leaves" on the menu) were made fresh that morning, the hummus was delicious, the salad was refreshing, and the kibbeh and falafel were tasty too. The lamb sandwich was so good; I don't usually like pickles, but I did in that sandwich! We went for a late lunch/early dinner (3pm ish) and it was very quiet inside. Our server was conversational and fun! Highly recommend: go here if you want to support an under-appreciated Mediterranean restaurant in the area.

I was eager to give it a try, so tonight my family chose our dishes for a takeout order and looked forward to something great for dinner. Based on reviews I ordered falafel, kibbe, and chicken shawarma. My husband had a gyro and my daughter ordered the feta dip (which turned out to be cubes of feta and nothing for dipping. Unfortunately, we all agreed it was very okay. Everything was palatable, but it lacked the sparkle of meals we've eaten at other local eateries and at our Greek friend's house. My husband and I had the great good fortune to be able to travel in Istanbul and Greece over the summer, and the food was...better. I understand that region matters; perhaps I am not as enthusiastic about this version of food from that part of the world. One woman's opinion shouldn't spoil other peoples bliss, but I'm looking forward to my next visit to Wael's. I'll appreciate the delicious kibbe better than before.

We wanted to try some hummus, so we ordered the Mezze Plate, along with the Australian Lamb Souvlaki Plate. As we waited, we received complimentary salads (very refreshing) with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, olives, feta, and onions, all drizzled with olive oil and herbs. The lamb was delicious: tender and well‑seasoned. The rice is parboiled, but I actually don't mind that at all, it was really good! The pita bread was very soft; I don't know if it's made in‑house, but it certainly feels like it. The tzatziki sauce was super creamy and so good. The Mezze Plate was great as well. The dolmades were good, the falafel was good, and the spanakopita (a large empanada‑like pastry filled with spinach and cheese) was delicious: pillowy, flaky, and creamy, all in one bite. It was served with small portions of tzatziki and hummus, both creamy and very tasty, plus more pita bread. We were impressed by The Great Greek. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant, so it was very clean and quiet. It took about 3 minutes for my order to be ready. My dinner came with a good size salad, rice pilaf, pita bread and the meat. The meat was delicious. They don't give much pita bread, so I'll order extra next time. The rice was "ok". I didn't like that it had red pepper flakes in it, making it a little spicier than I can stand. Overall, I like it.
