We have always lived Whataburger but the serves is horrible we order curbside and we never get our order at the time it says it should be ready but we understand 10-15 min plus because we know the industry but now we get half orders or no order all the runners with the food tend to act as if they could care less and have no respect defiantly believe a good training for there jobs would help hopefully y'all get it together soon read more

Having just moved back to Texas from Chicago, I couldn't wait to get a Whataburger! OK. I must admit that I have now been to a few (or more than a few). But, this location had the most professional, cheery and polite young lady working their drive-thru. It was close to a location where we were doing some charity work for an elderly person with terminal cancer and the volunteers all wanted differing orders and lots of food - they were hungry. The orders were perfect! The sandwich buns were toasted and warm and the fries were still hot and fresh 15 minutes later when I brought them back to the crew. The only regret I have is not asking for that young woman's name to send a commendation to her management! She was excellent! read more

Best late night staff of any restaurant I've worked for (8+yrs in service Indus) or been too from the brotha laughing at your stupid jokes (good call on the lg), the armed yet non threatening security, even the friendly yet coy petite lady who got me some "Spicy KEtchup!" (Or black crack w style) made me feel welcome and even with my Jamaican pool party essence that lingers for some reason hmmm. It was nice not to be judged and enjoy the best F@$&ing burger of my life! This is my absolute favorite place to eat at, its addicting. The meat taste fresh, the chicken,hamburger meat, and the bacon. Also the fries aren't to salty, they are just right. I recommend going to this whataburger. read more

EXCELLENT service with a smile this morning from a guy named Andy. Food was ready quickly, order was correct, and he walked the order out to me and said, "here you are, sir. I've already placed regular ketchup, spicy ketchup, and picante sauce in there for you." This is probably one of the worst whataburgers i have been to in my life. The service there is terrible, i once had to wait 45 min for my food at 3AM with no customers around. I once reported a hair in my burger with no refund they just took my burger and kept my money. The drive thru takes way too long i sat behind a car for 30 minutes at one point.
