No trouble parking in this area especially because it has a very large parking lot. So you either can go to the window or you can dine in. You'll love it! If you've never gone before, start with the classic burger (or cheeseburger) paired with fries and a sweetened/unsweetened tea. You can't go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised by a P Terry's in Lakeway and, while I wasn't planning on P Terry's, I turned in to the location upon seeing the sign. A beautiful backdrop, and great timing as it was their 21st anniversary and a special meal was being promoted. Music added to the ambiance, giving 1950s diner vibes, and the staff were all so friendly! Full of smiles and great energy. Bonus? P Terry's is pretty dang affordable. Hatfield Hamburgers is far beyond what All Star would ever dream of being, both in food quality and overall customer experience. Don't understand all the haters. Have been going to this Whataburger for over ten years. Yes at times orders have been wrong, at times slow, etc, but 95% of the time we have had no issues with our orders whether dining in or going through the drive-through. My biggest complaint is that it's always so busy, which seems to be more of an indication that they are doing more things right than wrong! read more

I just went to the Whataburger on RR620 South in Lakeway. It was terrible. The first burger was cold. I took it back and the next was warmer but seemed like the cook just squashed the burger together. They used to walk around with mustard, ketchup, and etc but did not do so. I had to go to the counter to get ketchup. Not a big deal but the service was not very good. I might not go back again. read more

It's Whataburger, but the employees do the bare minimum. I always ask for jalapeño ranch, and they always leave it out of the bag here. Sometimes food items just aren't in there - it's to the point that I expect something missing every time. Honestly, it costs too much to get treated like that. read more

My first serious issue happened about three years ago during what was supposed to be a normal visit for my favorite burger and fries. At that time, the food was always great, but that day there were several teenagers running around without any supervision. One of them went through my purse and took two of my credit cards, which they later used. It was an extremely upsetting experience that I never forgot. The second bad experience happened more recently. There were several small children running around the restaurant, throwing things, and one even ran over my foot. I kindly asked the woman who appeared to be their guardian to please keep them under control, as they were screaming and causing chaos throughout the dining area. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager approached me and said he didn't like the way I complained, explaining that his own kids "act the same way." Shortly afterward, another staff member told me to leave and not to come back. Her approach was very rude and unprofessional. At that point, I had already decided I would not be returning, but the way I was treated confirmed that decision. Because of these repeated issues with unsupervised behavior and poor management, I no longer feel comfortable dining here. It's unfortunate because this restaurant used to be one of my favorites, and I truly hope the owners take these concerns seriously and restore the quality and atmosphere it once had.

I thought this was a bit rude as this was obviously a pre ordered order, the person who ordered it was not present, and it would have taken the cutter only a few minutes to serve us, but we decided to wait for him to cut the large tray of chicken. After he was done cutting it, he handed it off to another employee and left without addressing us. He then came back with another large tray to work on cutting for the same order. We felt invisible and insulted by being asked to wait on the completion of a large order for an absent customer, so we left. My husband called and complained and got placations from a different employee. The cutter then called to justify his side of the story, called us "entitled, impatient and unreasonable" for leaving and tried to say that his other order, for an absent customer, could not wait for the few minutes it would take to speak with, much less serve customers who were present. This cutter seems to have forgotten that paying customers expect timely and polite service in exchange for the price they pay for their meal. Frankly, I think this employee was acting entitled by 1. having waiting customers watch him continue working on someone else's order for quite a while without so much as a word, 2. being surprised when they left, and 3. having the audacity to call those customers "entitled" for not wanting to waste their own time waiting on him to complete an enormous absentee order before eating their own meals. I have scarcely felt so insulted by a dining establishment. Apparently it's all good at It's All Good except for the service. We will not be returning.
