The burgers were okay, but they put onions on both even though I specifically said no onion on mine. No big deal to scrape the onions off, but annoying on a simple order when the place wasn't that busy. The outside seating is great if you have a well behaved for legged friend with you. Otherwise the inside seating is always good. I've always found the place to be clean and tidy. The food is good with the onion rings always a hit. This was a tip shared with me from a local and so passing it on. The service varies from awesome to ok. Nick has always been great but one of the female managers has an attitude and didn't process the discount as promised and expected. The majority of the servers are great and so we tipped well.

Fries, curly fries, & onion rings. Pop, water, tea, & sports drinks. All in a fridge & nothing in a fountain machine. Chips if you want them. The difference between the regular burger k the great burger is the regular burger is basically a slider. Again, still reasonable. Would definitely come back. Make sure you double check the order though. My colleague asked for no mustard & her had mustard on it but an easy fix. No issues. Also, looks like you should be able to place an order online soon. It's not often you find poutine that's not smothered in beef gravy - and I don't eat beef. Their chicken poutine with green chile sauce was yummy. They carefully packed the chicken nachos with the topping separate, so they wouldn't be soggy when we got to our hotel. The food was filling, flavorful, and fast. They also had some cool merch.
