I am a creature of habit. I get a biscuit and gravy everyday with an extra biscuit. Today I ended up with a jalapeño biscuit as my extra side and I hate jalapeño. I don't even care about getting free Whataburger. I have never gone to a Whataburger and seen a single smile on any of the employees faces until Tiffany. She was SO sweet and bubbly and I was there around 1:30 AM. She was so sweet to my dog and me and y'all please I beg of you acknowledge her and let her know how awesome she is. This was my 1st time to this location and enjoyed the food. I had the new Avo Bac burger and it was tasty. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I prefer the menu selection, here opposed to the other Mammoth companies. After eating Big Macs & Whoppers all my life; it's nice to have a new selection of burgers. This had to be the best Whataburger i have ever been to, the line was a bit long but everything was sooooooo fresh. I always get the patty melt and it was just something about them here that made them super fresh. I had to pull up in the waiting areas and i asked for spicy ketchup, the lady was super friendly but when she went back in i looked in my bag and i had regular ketchup. Spoke with the guy at the drive thru and informed him that I would be using a reward. There was no communication with the girl that I dealt with at the window, as I had to tell her. She didn't greet me, just told me the total and waited for me to pay. When she handed me my card and receipt, she was on the phone, didn't look at me, or thank me, and no "have a good day". Just handed me my food, and locked the window. She also hadn't given me my drink at this point, but she walked off so I waited. When she saw me, she opened the window, but didn't say anything, just waited. I told her I never got my drink, and she seemed annoyed. She goes to get it and then asks me what I had. No apology, just hand me what I'm assuming was the drink for the person behind as I watched another fill it up when she walked off the first time, handed me the drink and then shut and locked the window. Defiantly one of the challest places you can eat at! Great food! Kinda weird service.... But it only enhances the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend going on Friday or Saturday night unless you are a teenager because it appears to be the hangout place of many Woodlands high schoolers.
