I hate to give a bad review and I usually love Whataburger but not this time! Fries were ice cold as well as my burger, and my burger was made wrong. Where's the quality and taste? Why do you have such a variety on your menu when the food is equivalent to that of McDonalds? The food is greasy, bland, and lacks quality. We ordered the mushroom Swiss, a Whataburger and strip sandwich. It was all terrible. We even tried dowsing the food with sauce and it was still terrible. I don't see why us native Texans love this place. There are way better burger joints out there that are out of their league because they are fresh and delicious. read more

The worst experience we have ever had with a business. I don't even know where to begin with this one I honestly hope they either retrain there staff or just shut this one down completely. Savannah the "manager" couldn't manage herself out of a wet paper bag and her attitude was atrocious. The OWNER of the store avoided us, had to have the 2 15 year old girls who were eating minding their business tell my fiance that they were lying and that the owner was hiding in the back and avoiding my fiance at all costs! We have video footage of it. We ordered delivery it showed up 35 mins passed the drop off time, they forgot to add Honey BBQ sauce to the...wait for...HONEY BBQ CHICKEN STRIP SANDWICH! They burnt the shit out of the bun on the sweet and spicy bacon burger, plus it was the greases burger this side of the nut house. Called to complain, SAVANNAH said " If you want your food done right and fresh, you need to do curbside". Whatt???? So what you're saying is unless you come in thats the only way you're getting your food done correctly, ok. So now my fiance goes down to whataburger. They lie to her, the remake the food and guess what, THEY do they same thing!!! All while the owner and the manager are avoiding my fiance and lying to her on camera. Pathetic, I hope this place gets shut down, absolutely pathetic. And savannah, you're a middle aged loser and I usually don't care to go all out on people I know that's not the best thing for a grown ass woman to be doing, but you're a fucking waste of space. Maybe let this be an experience for you to remove your fucking peanut brain filled head out of your ass, and the coward owner, fucking pathetic hiding in the back and then lying saying you left and your customers throwing you under the bus. This place used to be great but the last two years they have really gone downhill. Can never seem to get my order right the first time. Food quality isn't what it used to be, fries are always soggy, lettuce is terrible, and burger meat and chicken isn't as good as it used to be. After getting my order wrong 3 times in a row in the span of a week and a half (all I usually get is a whataburger with lettuce tomato only) I will never be going back read more

Unfortunately only Whataburger near us but they never fail to disappoint. Rarely get our order right which we either have to go inside, back through the drive thru or yell for the kid behind the window. When they get the order correct have always enjoyed their burgers. read more

This whataburger location was gross & full of roaches. While there my friends and I saw 4 roaches. 3 of them inside the restaurant. Other customer also saw them but didn't seem to care. When we asked for a refund and explained the reason for the refund of course they didn't care. After all we're just another customer. On top of that our accounts were not refunded. Not a big deal only $15 but we will never return. read more

11 o clock on a Thursday isn't exactly peak hours. But if you're open, serve food. Line around the building, no one moving.

I don't know why this location gets such a bad rating on yelp. I've consistently had great service and the food always comes out great. I mean it's not the greatest whataburger in the world, but I would say it's above average. But in no way shape or form does this location put out bad service or bad food. read more

Honestly the slowest drive through no matter what time of the day it is, you will be there for at least 20 minutes minimum.

Being busy is not an excuse to mess up orders! I always get a fairly specific #2 Whataburger meal. Though they were courteous, I get home to find a patty melt meal. Bag tagged right, sandwich wrong (Patty melt and #2 are different shape, right). It's sad when you would rather drive an additional 5 miles to the FM3278 Whataburger to get a better experience. read more

Ok, so I gave this place a try after almost 2 years of not visiting. My score: same as before ZERO. The line at the drive through insane for 11 PM; food not good and service horrible as always. I order 2 things and they messed it up. I guess some things never change. read more

The food was ok (hence the 3 star rating). Everything was made to order. The issue was a long strand of HAIR in my burger. However, it was all fresh. The service was great! I'll be wary of returning to this location in the future. read more

Great people, great food. Patience is key sometimes but great nonetheless

I have visited many Whataburger restaurants in the pass and this location is the worse. Young male employees were having a french fry and ketchup fight inside the store. Ketchup was everywhere after 5pm and they thought this was funny. I dialed the 1-800 number right in front to them. Whataburger service have really suffered the pass 3-5 years. This was once a nice clean environment that only hired well mannered people. The pickings are real slim lately I guess. The manager came from the back looking like he just woke up after eating up the profits. Anyway, what a waste. I will tell anyone, please do not visit this location unless it is early mornings. read more
