    As much as I like the food and the hours Whataburger is open, their prices are still too high.

    04/24/2019 For only 2 girls working they busted their ass to get multiple orders out fast. Best Whataburger experience I've ever had.

    Restaurant is now in Mabank. I can't give zero stars…read more We had a party of 5. I tried to contact business and gave them until this afternoon to reach out. Arrived 6:15 pm last night (4/11) our party was told it would be a 30 min wait even though I witnessed 10 plus empty tables. We waited over an hour to be seated. We finally were seated around 7:20 pm. At 7:45 pm not one person acknowledged us nor took a drink order. We walked out at 7:45pm. 90 minutes and zero service. I do not recommend.

I came in with two other people, we were seated promptly, the server explained the specials, the bartender said she made amazing drinks. She said we had Blanton for $13, my two friends ordered and old fashioned with Blanton, the glass was pretty much empty. I ordered a Manhattan with Woodford, also pretty much empty and they served in a rocks glass, should have been up. I then switched and ordered a double Woodford on the rocks- they charged me 46 dollars for a 2 oz pour of Woodford. The bottle is 40. I am in hospitality. I was mortified you charged more for Woodford than Blantons. I ordered the prime rib special/ it's a steakhouse- or so I thought. I asked for MR, said as rare as they can. I got a well done piece which I sent back, they brought out another piece which looked funny, it looked fake. Not sure how to describe it. I cut into it and took one bite. It was the most vile thing I have ever eaten, it tasted like plastic and chemicals. Told the server that I would stil pay for it but I don't want anything . The owner came over I explained, she then said it comes pre-cooked. The rep from Ben E Keith recommended this. They don't have a chef . I felt awful for them. Change your vendor to one that won't sell you subpar products. The burger my friend ordered was also sent out over cooked, and the by strip was disappointing and also sent back. We all ended up getting burgers made by the other owner, they were actually good. Here's my recommendation- turn into a burger joint, and learn how to price drinks. $150 for 5 drinks, thankfully they took the food off cause of the issues. The server said thank you for not yelling at me and understanding it's the kitchen. Your service was great, please find another place with good food so you don't get yelled at. I'm sorry this happens to you but it's not going to get better unless they make changes.

    If I could leave zero stars, I would…read more I almost never leave negative reviews because I know people have bad days, and I usually go out of my way to leave positive reviews when they're deserved. Unfortunately, this experience was so bad that I felt it needed to be shared. The food looked like it had been assembled during an earthquake. There was ketchup smeared all over the wrapper, and the chicken nuggets were so overcooked I thought I was about to lace them up and use them in a hockey game. They were dry, hard, and barely edible. I also had to repeatedly ask for my dipping sauces. I only wanted two sauces with my 10-piece nugget meal, but you'd have thought I was asking for the secret recipe. First, I had to tell them what car I was in. Then I had to tell them how many nuggets I ordered. At that point, I felt like I was being interrogated over two dipping sauces. Instead of simply handing them to me, I ended up having to park my car and go inside just to get them. By then, the whole ordeal took longer than eating the meal. Honestly... it's McDonald's. How do you mess up one of the simplest menus in America? The food was disappointing, but what really earned this review was the customer service. The young man with the blond hair that was half tied up acted like I was interrupting the biggest day of his life just by asking for the sauces that should have come with my meal. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just what I had already paid for. A smile would have been nice, but I would've settled for not feeling like I was a burden. I understand restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for serving food that looks thrown together, getting a basic order wrong, and treating customers like they're an inconvenience. I genuinely hope management addresses both the food quality and the customer service because this location has a lot of room for improvement.
