This was the worst experience I have ever had with this franchise. After waiting at the drive through for 5 minutes, I asked if anyone was there. The response I received was "Like I said, wait". I go to Whataburger to grab me a bite to eat after work. I get a pattymelt that you can't even call a melt. It was cold from bread to bread. I threw it away. It was not even worth eating. You are not a cheap establishment. People pay an average of $7 for a burger. It needs to he hot. Very disappointing. read more

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My dear cousin was visiting from France, and only spoke French. Since it was his first time experiencing a drive though, he wanted to pick up the food at the window after I ordered. The lady at the window was very rude and didn't except his French culture with kindness. It was very offensive and demeaning. Be more kind to people! Absolutely ridiculous.. They have a young kid working the drive thru card lane and we have been here 45 mins.. They brought our food without taking payment.. So when he came to get payment we told him we need our drinks and sauce.. Then it took 10 mins to get our drinks and i still needed my sauce.. I was sitting in line for an hour before finally getting my food. The worker at the window had a attitude and was calling me a bitch and other words. For fast food in the Oklahoma and Texas area, Whataburger is a landmark. For me it's quite simple, I always grab the Whataburger #1 or #7 Jr meal. There's something different about their burgers for being fast food. Their mustard and ketchup are high quality and can be found in local stores. I always tend to grab a couple extra ketchups for the house. I also think the quality of their veggies are better than others. read more

Mmm cream gravy!! There were a few mishaps with our order (two missing sides of gravy, wrong cookie, two missing BBQ sauces), but we ate there so it wasn't a big deal to fix. I'll put up with much more for their fries with gravy (or biscuits and gravy, depending on the time of day)! The kid cleaning the dining room offered to take our trash for us while we sat and talked. My husband and I come here almost every other week. I love the grilled chicken sandwich and the honey Mustard is amazing. They always greet us with a smile and are very polite. If we ever have a problem with our food, they always correct it right away. If you come for breakfast, get the egg, cheese, and bacon taquitos. They are amazing! :) read more

Well this is by far the worst fast food service ever! Ill make it short and sweet. I live 2 miles from the restaurant so there is no reason for the fries to be ice cold...... yet alone the pound of salt on they..... the cups were only filled 3/4 the way up the burgers were dry and cold. Sitting here in the drive thru without moving for 10 minutes now, I would have left already but once you're in the drive thru there is no way to get out. Place has good food, but if there is more than about 5 cars in the parking lot expect to be sitting for quite some time. read more

We ordered two kids meals, one with fries and fruit snacks and the other with fruit snacks and apples. We got the meals and drove off only to realize they gave us three fruit snacks and three apples and threw literally five french fries in the bottom of one bag. Not understanding what happened there. Decided to give them one more chance the other day for breakfast, and was greatly disappointed and disgusted. I am simple I like simple things like their egg sandwich. Normally it is unbelievable, this time I didn't even get the chance to try it. It took 25 minutes to move 3 car links, during that time I saw they were severely undermanned by only having one cook. Ok. So I loved coming to this whataburger for a long time. That is until I found out they mess with people's food. I had ordered a #2 with no tomatoes, add cheese and ketchup. What they did was take everything off that I wanted. Put tons of tomatoes on it. No telling what else they did to it. Through all kinds of stickers all over it.
