Went through the drive thru around 715pm on Friday so it was busy but they do have two drive thrus. The menu has a lot on it so it took me (and I assume others) awhile to order. It's interesting with the two drive thrus as it does not merge into a single lane for pickup. The first lane goes to the window for pickup and the second lane continues to pull forward and the staff brings it out. Seems to work well though. So I go through the drivethrough and order a double meat whataburger with cheese, no tomato, no onion (I CLEARLY said that), a small fries, a medium vanilla malt and a grilled cheese. "Grilled chicken or grilled cheese?" Grilled *** cheeeeeese ***. Got it. Locked in. They confirm they'll do a number two meal, double meat w/cheese, fries, shake. I get to the window. She tells me they don't have any small shake cups so they didn't fill the medium cup all the way. I said that I ORDERED a medium shake. Bzzt, bzzt bzzt.. no compute, no compute.. finally they realized that they can't do a small meal substituting the shake when it's a small FRIES but a MEDIUM shake. They filled up the shake. I take it all home. Open up the burger, a ton of onions and a ton of tomato. As predicted. I knew it would be so before I even opened the wrapper. Grilled cheese - good god. Like chewing on melted shoe leather. Malt was good. I COULD have said that made it a 2-star experience, but I won't because you. have. to. listen. to. the. customer. and. give. them. what. they. ORDER. in. the. first. place. *** NO TOMATO. Three times we've gone to this location for shakes and the machine has been "down." Went last night and finally it was up, my husband got a shake and it tasted like rotten milk and marijuana. It smelled like it too. When we went back and told the restaurant about it the girl laughed and just said "okay." Food was standard although the chocolate malt was bland. The most obvious issue was the service; no napkins or ketchup were offered when the meal was brought to me. I really hate writing bad reviews but what happened to me was absolutely absurd. As usual Whataburgers have a bad rap for being VERY slow. I know what I'm getting into when I go to any of their locations, but when I get up to the window only to be told to park in the front so someone can give me what I ordered really doesn't make sense? Especially when the people behind me zipped right on through. Not cool. THEN to add insult to injury the place they have you wait blocks people from having to pull out if they are in a parked spot. You guys REALLY need to work on speed or don't have people wait additional time to receive their food OR you move the cones to where no one is blocked in. Also... the person that took my order was incredibly rude and very condescending towards me. I called corporate as they so lovingly told me to do so and corporate did nothing...not sure why they would need to take down my address and phone number to file a complaint? Yea... I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and the meat had pink in it. My onion rings were cold. My son ordered a plain cheeseburger and it had mustard on it and a piece of diced onion stuck on the bun. The buns did not seem very fresh. He also ordered the chicken strips and they were also cold. We only live 6 minutes away. We ordered one milk shake and was charged for two. Did not get our ranch dressing. The positive: The young women at the window was nice. When we got home we called the restaurant and the gentleman on the phone said we could come back and they would re-do our order. I ordered $34 worth of food and sat in the drive thu for 10 mins before getting to the window I had my hungry crying toddler in the backseat waiting for his lunch all this to get home and the order is not right.... I ordered cinnamon buns with the kids meal but received graham crackers and also had a small fry i paid for missing. After waiting over 10 mins for the food you would think it'd be steaming hot freshness but it wasn't. My toddler was hungry, crying and ready for a nap so who wants to get back in the car and drive all the way back to the place I get order corrected when it should have been correct from the start. However this "new" location is in shambles, 4 out of 5 times in a month I go and their Soda machine had "no carbonation" how do you guys manage to ruin your 2-3 soda machines? These are brand new and shouldn't have an issue at all. Do you guys not know how to hook up the Co2 properly or do you need more training? What's the deal??? It's soda... I'm always missing food items from order(s). The sweet tea I received instead tasted like dirty ice, unchanged tea bag hours old Every time I say I have a reward you guys tell me it will be taken off at p.o.s, I always get charged without my reward being used. Christina provided me with outstanding customer service. She was very kind and she went out of her way to over achieve the service she provided me with. This was my second time here so I didn't really understand the drive through. I have a small car so I sneaked my way through the cones like a ninja of the night. We waited in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes, then a lady came on the com and asked what we would like we, told her we had two separate orders then she told us to give her one moment. About another 5 minutes go by and she comes back into the com and asked what we would like, not even being able to get through half of the first order she interrupted us, and said sorry i'm backed up give me on moment. Another 10 minutes goes by and she starts taking orders from the people in the lane next to us. Confused we just waited assuming our order was next, but to our surprise she went on to take the next 3 cars orders in that lane. At that point we had been there well over 20 minutes and still nothing. We waited probably I wanna say about another 10 minutes before we decided to leave. I called and asked to speak to the manager and I found out she was the one taking the orders. She went on to tell me that never happened, we were never there, she never spoke to anyone like that and never would. I then tell her that we just pulled away it wasn't even 30 seconds ago when we left. She then tells us there's nothing she can do and tells me to call back at 9am to speak to her manager.
