Food was cooked fresh since I asked for no onions. Burger was very messy and slapped together as shown. Asked for ketchup. No ketchup or napkins brought to table. Chocolate shake tasted more like vanilla. Not too keen on service and Mgr was on duty. Will show picture to manager before I leave. I visited at a time when it was not bust. Our dropyard is nearby here. So after our nap... we came in for dinner. I'm trying a patty melt single patty and Bf number one burger. It's been awhile since we been. I must be honest. As a San Antonian, Texan growing up with Whataburger, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the products that seemed to happen since it's sale. Orders are wrong or incomplete. It's cold thin dry meat in burgers, cold fries, heavy thick cold buns. None of which Whataburger made its name great. Many of my friends, have left it for other burger places. I know times are stressful, but I think we all would understand a lengthy wait if orders were fresh and correct. There have been 2 instances in a short time frame, in which I discovered that my order was made incorrectly. The good thing is that the managers had no issues resolving the issue. This place is always a fantastic establishment for me and my woman. We usually come during lunch time because that's when we have our time to actually get some free time from class. We always get greeted with a smile and you can smell the freshness of the burgers being cooked up and fried being fried. Our burger almost 100% of the time comes out fresh which is a plus and which is why I say is a 5 star place. Also it's open 24/7 I've showed up randomly at 3-4am and it's always friendly service. I have been here a few times but after my trip today I will never return. First I wanted at the drive in line with only 1 car in front of me for 25 minutes before I had my food. The order was also not correct, they gave me the wrong burger and size fry. I didn't notice this until I was to far away to do anything about it. My major complaint about this Whataburger is that 90% of the time when I come here the line is blocking traffic on the street coming in causing countless near accidents for people just trying to pass by. It's appalling that management doesn't think their customers safety is important enough to just put a few cones outside to guide the drive thru lines around into the parking lot.
