Food was cooked fresh since I asked for no onions. Burger was very messy and slapped together as shown. Asked for ketchup. No ketchup or napkins brought to table. Orders are wrong or incomplete. It's cold thin dry meat in burgers, cold fries, heavy thick cold buns. None of which Whataburger made its name great. There have been 2 instances in a short time frame, in which I discovered that my order was made incorrectly. The good thing is that the managers had no issues resolving the issue. They both even threw in a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. This place is always a fantastic establishment for me and my woman. We usually come during lunch time because that's when we have our time to actually get some free time from class. We always get greeted with a smile and you can smell the freshness of the burgers being cooked up and fried being fried. Our burger almost 100% of the time comes out fresh which is a plus and which is why I say is a 5 star place. Also it's open 24/7 I've showed up randomly at 3-4am and it's always friendly service. I have been here a few times but after my trip today I will never return. First I wanted at the drive in line with only 1 car in front of me for 25 minutes before I had my food. As someone who lives in the area my husband and I frequent this establishment whenever we are craving burgers. They always get our order right and food is typically fresh. My major complaint about this Whataburger is that 90% of the time when I come here the line is blocking traffic on the street coming in causing countless near accidents for people just trying to pass by.
