Customer service is always horrible. Every single person that works here needs training on how to not be disrespectful and rude. Slow service is something I can handle but the way the team members and/or management talk (answering the phone, taking orders, etc) is unbelievable. What can I say about Whataburger that hasn't already been said? Sure, the food is great, but what really sets this location apart is the team behind the counter. Managers and staff are friendly and hard working to always make sure your meal comes out great, quick, and hot. I have lunch here at least two times a week. I simply ordered a pancake stack at 8:00 in the morning. You would think they would have enough pancakes to go around. They didn't. I had to wait 15 minutes. Not to forget, the service was terrible too. I would not recommend. There is a nice Taco Cabana across the street. read more

This place is awful! They always forget stuff. Last night though was the icing on the cake! We placed a MOBILE order to pick up by 12:44 am. Didn't get our food until 1:38. The line was long. We called to ask if we had to wait in the line & the lady said "yes because we can't go outside at night" She said we had to go through the drive thru THEN go to the door on the side & IF they see us they can bring us the food. If I could give this location a zero I would. I understand most people only leave reviews when things are bad, but this review is being left after a few visits and chances for this location to do the bare minimum. I don't expect a lot from fast food like some people. I bodybuild and rarely eat this kind of stuff unless I am having cheat days. This whataburger unfortunately served me the SALTIEST, most disgusting food I have had in my entire life. I have lived in texas my entire life abs stand by the whataburger franchise 100%, but this location is consistently and constantly the worst food you can ask for. I wish other things were open late in the even but since covid there isn't much else to choose from. I would rather eat sand than food from this location. It's hard to mess up a burger but this place pulls it off well. I don't leave reviews very often even when something isn't great because i believe in the benefit of the doubt, but this place doesn't deserve it. I've come to this Wataburger often and it's seldom there's an issue. Well today I picked up Wataburger for dinner and when I got home I realized my burger was missing the bottom bun. This place has a good breakfast, but you will be approached by people asking for money in the parking lot. You see, there is a homeless camp right across from the restaurant and the inhabitants tend to accost the patrons of this establishment for extra change. There is trash left all over the ground around here too. There have been a few times I've come in this restaurant and have seen people sleeping in the booths too. I get it though. They have no place to go. It can be unnerving to be approached by strangers at 6 in the morning though. read more

This has to be the worst Whataburger.... well at least the short Hispanic female manager. Multiple times I have called in a to-go order and when I showed up, it was never entered in the system so it was never prepared. The cashier tries to be nice and asks if I still want to order, I told her if I can get my food within 5 minutes, her answer was no because there were so many orders ahead..... reason why I called mine in. Ordered mean there. Twice. They got my order wrong both time. I asked for my burger without tomatoes or onions the first time. And I bite right into an onion and I get tomatoes. Second time I ask for the same thing. This time they took out the pickles and left in the tomatoes. The person at the drive thru does not know what they're doing. So disappointed. Whataburger led to What-a-squirter. I had a burger here for dinner. I woke up at 3 AM. My stomach was growling something fierce. I ran to the bathroom. After 20 minutes of burning and pain I was done. For the next four hours I rolled over and over with my gut wrenching and gas expelling. I guess I can look at it this way... The woman tending to us could care less about her job, my husbands entire order was wrong, my chicken was cold, the milkshake we ordered wasn't blended, and both of our stomachs were upset the rest of the night. Worst customer service ever. It took over 30 min to get my meal out and when I asked the manager if I can get it to go she gave me the ugliest look. She shouldn't be giving out ugly looks when the foods super late. If anything, I could've been very rude to her but I stayed calm during the scenario. I'd rate this a no star place if I could.
