Specifically went to Five Guys to try the blackberry shake, which is Marionberry (grown only in Oregon/Pacific Northwest region) and other blackberries mixed together. Didn't know you could get free mix-ins, but I didn't want to taint the blackberry flavor, so it worked out that I got a plain shake. Service was friendly and fast. I got my shake to go, but spectral people were dining in enjoying their burgers & fries. I guess they have free shelled peanuts, I didn't get any, but saw some self serve area near the front of the register. I thought that was kind of random, but interesting. I'm not one to really pick up burgers, but my son requested five guys today for lunch so I thought I would treat him. I was really not impressed by the service at all. Not only was the young lady who serviced me quite absent and uninviting, but also a little bit rude. The only person who provided customer service was a young man who was working in the kitchen and while leaving wished me a good day. When I took the order to go, I looked into the bag, and there was just fries thrown on top of the order not something I would expect. read more

We had a solid experience at this location. It was clean, the employees were polite and friendly, the food came out fast, hot, and exactly as ordered. I think most people know what they are getting when they go to Five Guys at this point (bag fries!!!) so I won't go into detail on their menu options. I like to get lots of toppings on my burger, which makes it messy to eat but oh-so-delicious! The fries are top-notch (as long as their hot, cold fries are a no) and I love that I can eat them with malted vinegar. We will visit this location in the future for sure. read more

I'm not the type of person to leave a review but this has to the WORST!!! Five guys I have ever been to. This is my second time here at this location, I have seen multiple cockroaches next to the front counter. The food seemed rushed and over cooked. My fries were burnt, patty was basically charcoal. Five Guys will take your money, sub-out the delivery to one of multiple delivery options (Uber, Door Dash, etc), and then allow the driver to cancel the order -- 45 minutes into the 60 minutes Five Guys states you will have to wait -- you receive a text message with NO explanation. Bottom line? If you find yourself permanently disabled, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from Five Guys. Yes, we will NOT order from this restaurant again. The Cajun fries was a bit overpowering, so next time I'll stick to the basics. I got the small which is enough for two people or more. The strawberry shake was great. First time at this location. My children have never been to a five guys so I decided to take them. They do love the peanuts available for snacking. We were greeted with a warm and friendly hello. I didn't know what to order and the lady help me with the menu. She was wonderful and patient. We took our meal togo because we were on the way to drop one of my kids off. We ordered burgers and fries and asked for water cups. While the burger was tasty it was ok. No big wow factor. Our fries were a tad over salted. My kids didn't really show any interest to return except for water and peanuts. hahahah We would probably try again and try something new or fries with out salt. Burgers are always a hit! They give you tons of fresh fries that are delicious. However, I'm rating 3 stars simply due to the INSANE prices. One cheeseburger and a regular fry (drink not included) came out to $16.75!!!! For that reason I won't be returning. If you don't mind spending extra, then go for it. read more

They have a nifty soda machine and a tea machine, my sweet tea tasted like sugar water so I went with something else. French fries are just plain awesomeness, crispy and flavorful. I've been craving a hot dog lately and knew they served kosher dogs but $4.09 is a bit much for a single hot dog, I was still hungry afterwards. If I'm gonna pay that much for a dawg, I want it to be FAT dog, I was not impressed. The store did have a dirty floor but it was in the middle of a dinner rush and everything else was really clean. The line and wait for food was not long.
