Alright, the previous two star review did have me laughing and I can totally see where he is coming from. However, I actually like the chicken here. Here's the catch.....the first two times we stopped here for lunch due to its convenient location I was basically like "Bleh, it's okay, nothing special". Not sure if the precious reviewer got a bad batch but mine have always been pretty damn good. They aren't huge chicken strips but they also aren't the smallest I've seen. The menu is probably the simplest menu I've ever witnessed...chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, garlic bread, sauce and the optional bun. That's it! Staff is friendly and I've never been there a time when the place wasn't spotless and clean. Now to the fries. Yea, they are nothing special. I've heard complaints from friends about their fries too. I pick through the limp, soggy ones and only eat the ones that are actually cooked well. I wish they would work on these! All in all, I'll be back....I really do like their chicken and crack sauce. I recently ate at this place for the first time, and I have honestly had better chicken at a KFC. The chicken tenders were heavily breaded and horribly overcooked. They were also completely flavorless...the chicken hadn't been marinated in anything and there was absolutely nothing in the breading besides flour. As far as their 'World Famous' Raising Cane's sauce, I have a strong suspicion that it is only a heaping dose of garlic mixed in with ketchup and ranch sauce. The only enjoyable part of my meal was the coleslaw...and that was marginal. I think that if I ate that in any larger doses, the odd seasoning they put in there would probably make me sick, as the chicken did. I will never eat at this place again, which has been agreed upon by the friends that went with me. read more

I always enjoyed going to Cane's and would get food once or twice a week from this restaurant. They have always been pretty fast. I understand and I am glad to see the COVID precaution measures that they are taking. But their service and food quality and terribly decreased. My last three visits the food has been terrible. The chicken appears as if it had been sitting somewhere on some counter for hours and the overall looking smashed in the to go box. I know that I am just one customer and that will not matter any to a restaurant and I might if had three bad days of service from them. The chicken and fries were delicious and fresh and the sweet tea was perfectly sweetened! We frequent various Canes and have always loved the food, this location is no different except that the service was the best we've ever had! We stopped here on the way home from my daughters practice. It was kind of late and they were closing soon but the girl at the counter was so friendly and welcoming. Like the kind of friendly that you know she's genuinely a nice person and makes you feel happy to be there. While we were eating, We saw them cleaning and wiping down everything really meticulously. The place is spotless staffed by some of the hardest workers I've ever witnessed. We Will definitely stop by again soon! read more

We use to frequent this location, however recently the customer service has diminished significantly. Since there is a Chick-Fil-a right across the street, I don't see how they can afford to give a less than stellar experience. We ordered lunch, two large sweet teas and after we paid asked for them to fill my Yeti with ice water. They said they couldn't do that. I asked for a large water and they replied they would have to charge me. I said no thanks and I wouldn't be revisiting their location. If refilling cups was a health hazard, you wouldn't be able to get refills at any fast food location, also, other chains will refill cups so this is strictly up to the owner or manager at this chain or location. We just ate at Raising Cane's again the other day and I have to say that out of the fast food joints around us, this one is always very predictable. With a small room for error with chicken being the only thing they serve, I am always sure that we will get what we ordered. My son loves the crinkle fries and that is saying a lot because he is very picky! We always ask for extra bread and it comes without having to go ask for it. The restaurant is always cleans and the group that works there is always friendly, so it is a well-trained staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who enjoys chicken! read more
