I would rate this a 3/10, but i can't. I ordered the snow crab boil, but when it arrived after 50 minutes, it was cold. It had a very slight heat to it, like it was sitting out for an hour. My mom also ordered a boil, but she ordered the shrimp boil. She said it wasn't cold, but that they had given her the extra spicy seasoning instead of traditional. Now to the service ; not good. Our waitress took the little order number stick holders or whatever, and didn't return for a while.. except to ask us if random people's meals were ours (she did that like 2 or 3 times.) The burger was a good size it has decent flavor but nothing that I would have to have. It's good choice when in a hurry and dont want to eat drive through/fast food. This was my first time trying this place and I was pretty pleased. It was really nice to order first because it feels like you get your food faster. The waiters were very attentive and kind. As for the food itself it was pretty yummy! The chicken sandwich I got had a hugeee pice of chicken and was quite tasty. I ordered 3 pounds of crawfish. Garlic butter flavored. Soggy and no garlic to be found. Juice was horrible. Waiter was nice but put down my ticket and I just began eating so am i supposed to pay now? He said no and i ordered two pounds of a different flavor crawfish. Tasted the same with visible butter on it. Then another waitress comes asking was everything ok and if i could pay. I'm like now? My hands are messy she brings me wipes and I said being to go boxes also I'm done here. Smh I still tipped but I am not happy. Probably won't eat the leftovers. The food here is most of the attraction, but the service can be great. We had one very bad experience, but only one (and technically it was the family we were eating with). Join the rewards club for some good freebies. The burgers are good with a decent variety. My wife really likes the coastal catch shrimp, and I've enjoyed the seafood platter as well. The gumbo wasn't my style but it still tasted good. The Willie Wonka dessert is delicious and you should get it at least once. The Frozen Jack and Coke is another nice touch. read more

But, I really enjoyed the grilled Redfish and loaded baked potato that I had for dinner. The Karbach Hopadillo IPA hit the spot too. First, I don't like ordering at the counter before sitting. I feel rushed to decide what I want as people are waiting behind me. I much prefer to sit down with a menu. We had lunch with here on a weekend and it was great. It was pretty packed inside, but we got seated quickly. The waitress was very attentive and kept checking on often. It was very hot but there are also seats and tables outside for when the weather cools off. There is a bar an many TVs all around the restaurant. They had various sports games playing at the time. My kids enjoy the chicken tenders and cheeseburger. The drinks are self-serve at the front counter, but the waitress can also fill them up if the there is a line. I haven't been to Willie's in years, but ok not bad! Nice decor and love the massive Yeti coolers full of drinks to grab as you enter. I ordered the small fried shrimp basket with macaroni and cheese and a side of fries. Chips, salsa and queso for the table. Our order took a little while and the staff was immensely apologetic and gave us the free chips and dessert. The only reason I will give 4 and 5 stars is because the macaroni and cheese had no flavor. It honestly tasted to me like it had been boiled in old dish water. But other than that all was great.
