The meat was delicious with juices dripping down, however, I didn't like how it was super flat and a bit salty. Perfect amount of lettuce given, though it could've been a bit more fresh. Didn't wait quite long for our order as we went around 3PM. Has a drive through if preferred. Overall, it was a nice quick snack if you're in a rush. read more

First Whataburger experience was at this one, coming from a native Californian born and raised. The service could have been better, but I have no major issues with it. Got the original burger and it's definitely wider than the In N Out burger, which means more sliced tomatoes, lettuce and onions, but it is more flat. Taste wise it is pretty similar, maybe slightly wetter on this one. It's worth the try and I think they would do decently if they had more branches in California. read more

I thought I'd beat the lunch crowd at 11 am and saw there were only 4 cars ahead of me so I pulled up to the drive through and made an order, but the cars would just not move. 5 minutes later and I was still at the speaker so they thought I was a different car and asked to take my order. It took 15-20 minutes all in all to make it from the speaker to the window. Meanwhile, a guy who I believe worked there was in the parking lot yelling at the top of his lungs that "I'm not going to take it anymore!" I hadn't been to this Whataburger in a while but it was very disappointing. Me and my mom are here and spent a good 45 minutes listening to some "manager/supervisor" brutally yell at all her employees. She was so cruel, we were on the opposite side of the place and could here her rude comments all the way across the building. She yelled at one employee and belittled her because she didn't pour the drinks correctly. I don't care how the employee poured the drinks, she didn't deserve the level of disrespect that girl gave her in return. Asked for an avocado bacon burger with no avocado, no onions, and no tomatoes. I was waiting for them to take my order for 10 minutes and maybe another 30 minutes in the drive through to get my order. All of this just for them to not only forget the bacon, but also include avocado when I told them not to three times. For years we went to this location all the time (lived in my home for 44 years), but the current management is not into quality control much these days. They are too lazy to cut up the onions like most Whataburgers do, cut up the lettuce, and/or care about the quality of the produce they throw on your burger. -This is a drive thru review- Whenever I am looking for a cheat meal or am ashamed about the many thousands of calories I'm about to consume, I use the Whatburger drive thru to help satisfy those unhealthy food addictions. It's like, the food is so amazing...but I shouldn't like that because organic and processed food and stuff... I never have to wait too long in the drive thru and the few times they have made me pull over, they bring the food out in less than two minutes, unlike other places (AHEM MCDONALDS) that leaves you out there for 15 minutes like an idiot. My order is always correct, the food hot, delicious, unhealthy-yet satisfying. I really do love the food there, but if you see me at the drive thru I'm either having a rough day or am plagued by the need to buy Whataburger. Once a week, my mailbox get jam with coupons from from all the fast food burger shacks. The only exception is Whataburger. We had use the coupons to try them all ith coupons and our favorite is Burger King. Last week, we receivrd a Whataburger coupon for the limited offer of Pico de Gallo burger. So we tried it and it was good, but not exceptional. The burger had two parties, cheese and some weak tasting Pico de Gallo. Basically it was chopped up onion and tomato missing the cilantro and spice. We certainly wouldn't pay full price for it. Service through the drive thru was friendly and quick. We still like Buger King the best in term of taste and valve of the coupons. read more

Zero stars needs to be an option on yelp! This location sucks to a level that can't be explained. You pay for bacon or any add-ons and you're gonna be screwed when you get home. Came to this location multiple mornings along my commute. The staff is very slow with poor customer service. It takes too long to receive order no matter if you do drive thru or go inside. Too many times, I've been through drive thru and left with the wrong order, I've grown tired of going places and having to always check behind people to make sure they did their job. I got a fountain drink there once and the coke tasted so weird. I told an employee named Lou and she just continued to remind me that can and bottle soda taste different. Service was friendly and the order was taken and received correctly. The restaurant was clean with no dirty tables and the self-service drink area was clean. My order arrived promptly within 4 minutes and thus was at lunchtime with a pretty full eating area. Food was great as usual. Fast food that was fast, friendly, correct and clean. If you come to this particular Whataburger, do so when you are not in a hurry. Especially do not pull into the drive through lane if you are short on time. For dine in, after you place your order you will be given a number sign to display on your table. Once the food is ready they will bring it to you along with a tray of condiments and napkins. Good service for a fast food. Wait times can vary depending on what you order or how speedy or slow the kitchen is moving. The dine in wait is quick compared to the drive through. While it's appreciated that the food is made to order, a drive through should move efficiently and this one often doesn't. That being said, the burgers are consistently good. Chicken strips are always fried nicely. The fries are hit or miss being sometimes hot and crisp or warm and soggy. My favorite sandwich has to be the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich. Just something about the crisp chicken strips, warm melted cheese and BBQ sauce melds together in each bite for utter deliciousness. It's VERY filling and I can usually only eat about half or more. It doesn't reheat to just-served quality of course, but it's still good. Overall, this is a pretty good place. Just bring your patience with you and expect a wait. read more

I ordered a Whataburger here, since I've heard it's comparable to In-N-Out. Lies!!! It was a decent burger, but comparing it to In-N-Out is like comparing a BMW to a Honda. You know, you see enough of these around to get curious. Eventually, I persuaded my cousin to take us to one. Whatamistake. Maybe because it was late, maybe because it was hot and muggy outside AND inside the Whataburger.... but I think you could get a better burger. I just got a regular hamburger. Perhaps if I had tried one of the other items on the menu.... but if they use the same flavorless patty in everything, then I don't think it would have made a difference.
