Jackie was quick, efficient, friendly, and checked on us as often as we needed to, which wasn't much From a food perspective, we got the lunch specials for Gorditas and I tried the combo with a corn, tamale chicken enchilada, and Carne Asada taco. The presentations were simply stunning, but more than that they were functional. All of the flavors mixed in created some exceptional dishes. I have honestly never had a corn tamale as good as that one and I've lived here most of my life. The chicken enchilada was so incredibly well seasoned with just enough cheese on top to add a little extra punch along with the Crema, and all the other flavors. Tortilla bread was perfectly balanced with the meat, tasting so good you didn't eat any of the toppings. But the toppings turned it into one heck of an adventure of flavor. Yes I know. I'm waxing a little philosophically here, but the food really did impress the hell out of us. Service was great, food was great, presentation was great, environment is great we recommend coming here and we will be back. Price wise for an upscale Mexican restaurant this one's right in line around $16-$20 a plate foremost dishes. Of course you can spend more, of course you can spend less. Wasted 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break with firehouse mental midgets and a manager that dodges managing. I have degrees in culinary arts & hotel restaurant management. No excuse for managements failure to follow up. I provided name and phone number & they ignored me. They failed to call to take accountability for ripping me off. I can make a better sub @ home. They just lost a very good long term customer with their stupidity, incompetency and failure to address legitimate concerns from a bread & butter customer. That's what my family called our regular customers @ my parent's restaurant. It will be a long time before I will order from them again as this is not the first time they screwed up my order. This was simply unacceptable and an unacceptable failure to respond and take appropriate action to correct their multiple mistakes. This is addressed to you Miss Management.

My mom wishes they had nicer napkins because there was three of us and we got exactly three napkins. On this adventure that was the only complaint. Today we ordered Mediterranean french fries; french fries topped with ranch dressing, feta cheese, and Mediterranean herbs. Those fries were really good. Check out Kabab King in the Tucson Mall Food Court. I believe they offer a good value, a large menu, and very flavorful dishes.

Since drive thru only is open and Whataburger is offering a two for one price Burger, if ordered "online", I would try one. Hah! I could not order the special two for one on line. So, I phoned the store and was told by the manager: "Everyone is having the same problem" and she would not honor the special two for one, as so advertised. Hey Whataburger corp, don't push a special item publicly advertised on customers if it won't work. There are laws against that. read more
