I am not sure if this whataburger changed ownership recently but something happened. It now takes 25 minutes average for the drive thru!! the employees are young kids who haven't got a clue. almost every time I ask for an ice tea I get tea with no ice and I get sweet tea. they do not know the difference between sweet tea and regular ice tea. This has happened too many times to count!!! the tea is brewed so it comes out hot- so duh!! you have to fill the glass full of ice so some ice remains!! you ask specifically for sweet tea. ice tea is not sweet tea!!!!! I saw a girl pour a whole bag of powdered sugar into one cannister of tea!!!!! Then they roll their eyes at you like you are the problem!! This store is going under!!!I went their tonight for the last time!! Telling all my friends. too. Walked in to get a tea earlier this week. 7 employees including 2 managers at the register- people waiting in line to order and only one employees taking orders. Burger was cold. Wanted to charge .30 for ranch. The meal was gross. Will go to in-n-out or five guys for burgers, they are fresh.

So I am not sure what is going on at this Whataburger. I came in with the family and ordered a few burger meals and the chicken strips meal. As I am waiting for the food to arrive, I am looking around and see at least 3 other people walk up with their food because something was wrong with it. Then after sitting for 10 min and we see people who came in 5-7 min after us get their food first I walked up to the counter and they seemed confused. They looked around and they had placed my receipt on a tray that was then covered up with other trays. This made no sense to me as our order was still on the screen they use to keep track of orders. After about 15 we got our food, and guess what, the order is messed up. Somehow "no mayo" got turned to "add mayo", and they had forgot an order of onion rings. So take that up and they got us the correct order. Sitting there and a team of young basketball players come in, order, and their orders are messed up as well. For the amount of people that they have behind the counter and cooking the food, the service should be WAY WAY WAY better. The food once correct, was good as Whataburger is always delicious. This location really has to do some retraining or something, its confusing how bad things were. 2 stars just cause the food was good. read more

It's been a few months since I ordered Whataburger. Wish I hadn't waited so long! The onion rings were PERFECT! The chicken fajita taco. What can I say? It was delicious. This time I ordered the unsweetened iced tea. It was great. Icy cold. The way I love it. The only downside is that it's not on doordash, but, I found they deliver thru their app and doordash picks up. The fee was a bit high, but, the good food was well worth it read more

Stopped in here several times and so far haven't had any problems. The food is always good and the orders are accurate. I give this place higher marks then Burger King and McDonalds in the area. So far, the staff listen when ordering, repeat it back and deliver what you ask for each time I stop in. The food is always hot and good. If I could get 0 stars I would. The drive through service is fucking shit! My cashier Yareli M. got my order wrong after it was repeated twice while ordering in the drive thru and then it was repeated again while at the window and my order STILL CAME OUT WRONG! And when I told her the right order she proceeded to have an attitude and was rolling her eyes and shaking her head like I was the one that messed up the order! I understand it gets busy but don't work the drive thru if you're gonna be rude when a customers corrects their order after saying it 3 times. read more

I've read the reviews on this Whataburger and as usual it seems that the few mistakes that are made by any company dealing with the public and their hunger are posted. Not saying that mistakes shouldn't be brought to light however I've been to this Whataburger on numerous occasions, day and late night, and I've always been treated with respect and the food hot and satisfying. After hearing about Whataburger from friends we finally pulled ourselves away from In N Out and went to this location. After ordering we noticed how mustardy our burgers were. We looked and it had lettuce, tomatoes, onions and MUSTARD. We weren't sure if that is what was suppose to be so good at Whataburger so I went up to ask the manager. Me: Are Whataburgers suppose to be mustard only? Manager: yeah Me: So that's what makes it a Whataburger? Manager: yeah Both of our friends were bummed when they found out about our experience since they love Whataburgers. This location has been very approving. I've visited here twice these past 4 days and the crew has switched up but the friendly genuine service has not. The food is also served out very fast. Even if there is a line going out the door they'll have everyone served within 5 minutes. The food here also isn't lacking of anything. Cooked to perfection. Didnt give it 5 stars because some if the tables lacked in cleanliness. But overall, I highly recommend this location! read more

Good burgers. We don't have Whataburger in California, so I decided to try one here. Was not disappointed. Good to try a different chain for once. Something different I noticed is that while I'm eating, the employees would regularly come ask for a refill or present to you any napkins or ketchup that you need. Good customer service! read more
