Because that's me 110% but luckily Whealthy came in with the clutch and created a perfect set up to fulfill my cravings while also catering to my indecisiveness! This place specializes in noodle/rice bowls that are create your own bowl style and then once you have all the ingredients, they cook it in this fire twirling grill. They also have regular menu items you can choose from! For the create your own bowl, you first start out with choosing your base. They have a variety of noodles to choose from such as udon, egg noodle, rice noodles, etc or rice upon request. You then move over to the veggies and choose whichever ones you want. For protein, you can choose two options and then you choose a sauce you'd like the bowl tossed in. You're allowed to mix and match as many sauces as you like. Everything is unlimited except the proteins and you have the option of figuring out how much of each item you want for the bowl because you get handed your bowl and tongs to assemble it. The cooking style here is so unique and you can really tell a difference in the taste of the bowl. There's that slight char that perfectly cooks and cohesively distributes the sauce flavors to the entire dish. In awe by how something can taste so good but also feel super healthy and flavorful! Then there's the protein part, there's a selection of marinated beef, chicken and pork or there's also tofu if you're a vegetarian. There's also salmon and shrimp. They also have a few choices of sauces you can choose from. The people there, especially the chef are very friendly and helpful. My little sibling first started visiting it for lunch/dinner 2 years ago and after trying and falling in love with the Build-Your-Own Bowl that they brought home, I started frequenting this Whealthy as well. I love the rice noodles with lots of veggies (green onions, bean sprouts, mushrooms, baby corn, etc), bacon, and a specific combination of sauces that my sibling calls "The Chow-Mein Sauce." This specific sauce only came to be and is perfected because of the Uncle, who is always more than happy to make this sauce for us.
