Chow mein/fried rice orange chicken and king pao chicken

Friendly staff and generous portions. I got the two entree combo and was impressed with how much food I got for $11.84. The food was hot and ready. Will definitely return.

This is my favorite spot for delicious and affordable Chinese food! The cuts of meat were great and everything was seasoned so well. The plates were packed generously by the kind staff both times I went. I live an hour away and I will now be craving this place until I have some again! The place is easy to find, has seating, and has plenty of parking spots.

I love that they give huge portions here and the food Is always hot and fresh. The workers are always so kind and friendly! The place is on the smaller side but the food is worth it. I also think it is pretty affordable for the sizes they offer i recommend giving it a try.

This is a great place to get delicious Chinese food for a great price! You can take out or eat in. The service was polite and quick. The space has a cute bear by the resister that I am still thinking about. We tried the 3 entree combo with beef and broccoli, barbecue pork, and the jalapeño chicken. Everything was really tasty, but I highly recommend getting the Jalapeño Chicken and the chicken egg rolls. Very unique and delicious choices! I look forward to coming back.

No 1 Chinese food restaurant is a hidden gem, the food amount you get for the cost is worth it alone but it's very affordable and delicious! The guy working behind the counter was so nice and friendly overall 10 stars for me and I will be back.

They load up your portions and the jalapeño chicken is extremely good and not that spicy, which is good for me and my boyfriend. This is our first time here and they gave us crab Rangoon's and dumplings on the side for free. The owner is really nice and it was a good treat to get after we just got ice cream.

Combo 2: fried rice, broccoli beef, orange chicken
    Jessica N.

Very nice older gentleman who gave us a large portion for the 2 combo: orange chicken and broccoli beef with a side of fried rice. Pretty affordable at almost $12. However, the food is exactly what you expect: mass produced and best for when you're going for quantity over quality. If you're high or need to cater for a party full of people you don't care about, this is the place to be. Lots of parking, no wait and no seating.

I ordered the broccoli beef and I couldn't chew the beef. I tried chewing it for quite awhile, finally gave up and gave the beef to my dog.

A very special shout out to Tom our server. He individually made, upon bringing the food over to the table, the Mushu Pork rolls, without any sauce dripping from the bottom!! What a pleasant surprise! We found this little Xi'an restaurant while shopping and ended up having…read moreone of the most satisfying meals we've had in a while. The lamb skewers were juicy and perfectly seasoned with cumin, and the grilled beef tendon skewers had an amazing crispy, chewy texture. The soup dumplings were full of flavorful broth, and the braised beef knife-cut noodles were chewy with large, tender chunks of beef. We also tried the beef paomo for the first time--it was warm, comforting, and packed with rich flavor. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and after chatting with the staff we learned the owner is from Xi'an, which explains how authentic everything tasted. If you're craving Northwestern Chinese food in Irvine, this spot is definitely worth checking out!

The menu is only on the kiosk or on their website so look ahead. The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived so we didn't mind since we had kids. However, there were wet signs on the floor and buckets everywhere to catch a leak. It was very chaotic. We ordered the crispy beef and pho inspired beef noodles. The crispy beef was thinly sliced and fried before getting tossed in their citrus glazed sauce. It got too sweet after a few bites. The "pho" was okay, it had lots of meat but the broth was something I couldn't put my finger on. The noodles were "unlimited". I asked for a second bowl of noodles and were given knife cut, when I originally had thin. I don't mind it but if it were anyone else, they may have cared? Maybe it was a bad day..
