I have had this place on my radar for a while and finally made it over there today, I should not have waited so long. LOL Lots of parking in a massive lot, lots of dessert and coffee options to follow up a great meal. Like a "Chipotle" style of Asian fusion and they have something really good going on. The have individual spinning wok style cookers that they do each bowl in. You start with the carbs, various noodles and other base options. Rice options not visible but available in white and brown. Turn the corner and the veggie and fruit selection is pretty big. Dial it all in and they add two meat choices. Add a topping and tell them HEAVY GARLIC!! Pay the bill, sit down and in just a few minutes your self designed master piece is at the table. You can go easy (lazy) too and pick from pre designed line ups that all look amazing. I got two pork options and my wife got shrimp. We both got a lot of meat, my wife said a few times "he gave a lot of shrimp". This spot is not super close to home for me but I have a feeling we will be making this trip often. This spot is uniquely different in a time I really needed to find that "uniquely different" Looking forward to trying lot of the menu option. Go check them out. read more

Got a build your own sichuan style with shrimp + chicken mixed w noodles and veggies of my choice. It was fresh, nutritious and the pricing was fair. The ambiance was laxed and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved was the portion of chicken was a little light. Also I think the proteins should be in a confined cooler space with a window for viewing which also controls the temperature which would reduce the risk of spoiling/ bacteria instead of it being in an open cooler space. Overall though pretty tasty. read more

This place is amazing. The owner is super kind and courteous! I've brought many other friends here and I always recommend it as it's such a wonderful hidden gem! The food is consistently good, fresh ingredients, and healthy. I always get the Whealthy Fried Rice, substitute the shrimp for extra chicken, and additional sunny side up egg! Love this place! This place is essentially like mongolian bbq where you load up your bowl with different veggie, meat or tofu, and noodle options and you can add sauces and they cook it for you. What i will say is this is my favorite place to go instead of mongolian bbq because they have many noodle options. My favorite are the glass noodles and i mix them with some udon and add all my favorite veggies and tofu as my meat. I love adding the sweet and sour sauce mixed with the volcano sauce for some spice. They then cook it in this cylindrical spinning bowl over fire. Its funny when one of my pieces of broccoli goes flying out. The smells when you receive your steaming plate of food is my favorite. The cook and the guy that assists behind the counter are so nice. I would definitely reccomend and it doesnt break the bank for the amount of food you get. I LIKE TO EAT and this is enough food for lunch and dinner. read more

This place has been down the street from my house for awhile, and we just tried it for the first time. It was amazing! The portion size is huge, and you can load up on anything you want (besides the protein because they scoop that for you). It's cooked on the spot and served quickly. Tried Whealthy for the first time and I definitely enjoyed the flavors! There are so many options to choose from that it would take me a long time to get through the item and sauce combinations. We ordered ahead which I probably wouldn't do again because I'd prefer to gauge how much of each item I want for myself next time. The place is small and gets pretty busy. There wasn't much staff when we went so one guy was hustling hard. Enjoyed watching the rotating woks that cook the food but felt super bad for the person in front of it! As a first timer, I wasn't sure what to expect but this is a really good healthy option. It has a bit of a Mongolian BBQ vibe but you get to pick exactly what you want in your bowl. They wear the same gloves for everything. Serving customers, cash register, cooking food...same gloves. Next ten customers, same gloves. Honestly it would be better if they just did it with bare, frequently washed hands. Food is good, but it's hard to get past that. read more

(-1) Customer service, during my 1st experience there the lady was very disrespectful to us for not knowing how to order. I like the fact that you don't have to take the noodles and you can just add up all the vegetables that you want to have them cooked. pretty much select whichever sauce you want any meat you want, you get two for eachbowl. We came in for a quick lunch and shared a Build-Your-Own Bowl Portion between the both of us. The concept of this place is very similar to a Mongolian BBQ joint. The staff behind the counter gives you a tray with an empty bowl and you can fill your bowl with as much carbs or veggies as you'd like, as long as it fits within the bowl. We filled up our bowl with the thicker yellow noodles (egg noodles), lots of vegetables, and beef with an extra side of Shrimp for extra protein. As for sauces, we opted for a combination of the Sweet and Spicy sauce and the Spicy Soy sauce for a bit of heat to our noodles. After we paid and handed our tray off to the staff, the interesting part starts next: the cook throws our food in the shop's special automatically rotating wok! This contraption, along with the cook's supervision, tosses together the ingredients and coats them in our selected sauces. The result came out to be a delicious noodle stir-fry. The sauces and noodles were moist and tasty, not dry at all. The beef and shrimp were fine but nothing amazing in terms of texture. The vegetables were nicely cooked through as well. All in all, it's a very good deal for a meal, as long as you're strategic in filling up and stacking stuff in your bowl. Definitely would come back to try some other menu items and different combinations. read more

Whoa! Whealthy! What an excellent find! I got the build your own bowl. I started with egg noodles and added lots of veggies and roasted garlic. I got to choose two proteins so I picked beef and also some marinated beef. Finally I chose a sauce. I had them mix black bean and spicy sweet sauces and add another scoop of garlic. It was all cooked up for me like at a favorite Mongolian spot would do and brought in a steaming bowl to my table. Sodas are refillable which is great value! My son had the cream pasta which comes with chicken and he added shrimp. It's like an Alfredo dish. He said it was delicious! It had shaved parmigiana! I love this place. I used to go to the one in Irvine and was so sad it was gone. So glad i found it here and i love the fusion taste of pasta with bbq pot? The cream pasta here just has a bbq taste and it's just bussing. Reminds me so much of pasta in Asia. Couldn't find that taste anywhere else in the us but here. From jump I was worried because I stood at the counter for a few minutes without even being acknowledged but once I was helped things were good. I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of options for the custom bowl and had no idea what would work well together so I opted this trip to try the cream pasta. It was pretty good, it came with chicken, mushrooms, and onions, next time I would get without the onion as there was quite a lot of it. The flavor was all pretty good and I do look forward to making my own bowl next time. read more

This is by far the best noodles i have ever had, the flavors you can choose from are so delicious. And the portions are really big, and when you reheat them the day after they r still so fresh! The service was good - the workers were nice but you can tell they were overwhelmed. This place doesn't ever seem not busy. There's plenty of seats inside and also expect a somewhat loud ambiance. Also to note, the single lane driveway entrance to the parking lot is a bit of a mess. It's also a steep driveway (low car friends be warned). Vibes: large eating area, lots of people sitting for a quick bite to eat. Fairly loud and lively, especially at lunchtime. Food: I love that you get to build your own poke bowl and can choose so many different options! The fish was a lot fresher than I had anticipated and tasted pretty good with the ponzu sauce. Delicious charbroiled patty, fresh produce at all the right ratios, and the best part to me? The bun. At first I thought the bun was going to be dry as a bone and crumbly, but it's actually soft. The property management company sent out an email saying there were still burgers left, so I ended up getting a second burger. Hell yeah moment. Anyway, I was in the area yesterday and ordered a cheeseburger and it was just as good as the last time I had it awhile back. Actually, it was a little better last time because it was free haha. Overall a very solid, simple, straight-to-the-point cheeseburger with an excellent bun. According to their website, they have a bakery make their buns with their secret/proprietary recipe. It's not a place I would drive out of my way for from Anaheim, but if I were in the area or if I lived nearby, I would definitely stop in from time to time.

I placed my order about 5-8 minutes before arriving, and while I appreciated how quickly it was ready, it may have been sitting for a while because both the burger and fries were completely cold. And for fry lovers, cold fries are the worst. When I walked inside, the restaurant was also extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell. It didn't seem like a one-time issue -- the place looked like it really needed a deep cleaning. Sadly, this place has lost a lot of its value when it comes to cleanliness and quality.

Service was also good and there's lots of seating both inside and outside.

The Meddock Melee sandwich used to come on this great artisan squaw bread that resembled a square ciabatta bread. It had great bite and crispy corners that added texture. Now it comes on a much flimsier roll similar to the 'Cheesecake Factory' brown bread they sell in the grocery aisle. Sliced turkey also feels like a lower quality cut. It used to have texture and now it tastes like thin sliced /water infused prepackaged grocery turkey. Rosemary fries used to be slightly thicker, super crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Now they're a lower quality shoe string fry that's on the dry side. Maybe they're between suppliers? But if these are cost cutting measures, the difference is very much palpable.
