The place itself is a small/medium size with lots of tables for seating multiple small/medium sizes of parties. We were a party of 5 (4 adults, one baby/toddler with a high chair). I loved how they accommodated my child with their children's menu in addition to providing us with scissors to cut up noodles. Upon stating our allergies, they helped us with food suggestions and limitations. It's honestly the little things that go above and beyond, as well as their friendly service. They weren't overtly checking up on us, and had just the right amount of interaction and help. Food: 3 of us got the beef belly pho and one got the beef rib, my son got a kids mean. Upon receiving our bowls you'd think by looking at the clarity of the broth that it wouldn't be super flavorful, but it absolutely was. It's not overpowering, but the right amount of savory with a hint of sweetness from the added o green onions. Each pho came with the garnishes of basil, lime, and bean sprouts as normal. We did have to ask for small side plates For those who wanted hoisin and sriracha on the side, but not a big deal and quick to get. I'm also a huge fan of the lychee lemonade at vox, which they had here. Not refillable, but still loved it! My son got their chicken nuggets with fries since the pho broth had some sesame oil which he's allergic to, but he loved it. In short, my experience wasn't the best due to unclear processes and unorganized execution. I tried the seasonal lunch special, which is a $11.99 beef belly pho with unlimited refills - this was a very good deal. The bean sprouts and basil were very fresh. The broth was extremely oily but was still flavorful. It was filling and hearty. The service could be better. When seated, my table didn't get water cups. I noticed others got it as they were seated. I asked twice before receiving water cups. We asked about the unlimited refills and my waitress didn't explain how it worked and left us with "ok how many do you want?" The process wasn't obvious to us. Looked like it took a while to get the refill orders logged - perhaps they were short staffed? My party waited a while for the refills to come, to the point where our broth got cold. After inquiring about the status of the refills, the waitress defensively explained "I already put it in, you have to wait until it gets cooked." That response didn't put my party at ease because we still didn't know how much longer we had to wait. The manager later delivered the noodle refills and explained there were kitchen hiccups, likely in an attempt to de-escalate. The friendliness eased tension, a professional way of handling customer frustration. We ordered two more refills with him immediately and they arrived quickly. However, the dining experience still felt unorganized because two additional refills arrived at my table that were not previously requested. When it came time to paying the bill, the approach was also unclear. Some folks paid at the front so I waited there. The staff chilled in the back area and I couldn't get their attention, but later was told to pay at the table. I also heard gossiping in the room headed to the bathroom, and the staff quickly hushed when I passed by. It created an awkward, uncomfortable atmosphere. Really solid spot for vietnamese food! The couple of times I've been here, I've had the brisket pho. The meat is tender, and the noodles are cooked to a nice al dente such that throughout the course of the eating experience, it does soften a bit to a perfect texture in the hot broth. Speaking of the broth, it is clean, light, yet so flavorful. It needs no sriracha sauce or hoisin sauce. I've also tried the pho shaken style, which added even more depth and flavor to the broth. The charred vegetables and the oil that it's cooked in adds even more complexity to the broth. Naturally, it does make the broth a little heavier, but that's not a bad thing and it's definitely worth trying at least once. The truffle fries are also great. It comes with ketchup, a green sauce, and an orange sauce. All of these sauces are great, but the orange sauce is really special to me, probably my favorite out of the three sauces. The highlight of SUP Noodle bar is the fact that you get UNLIMITED NOODLE REFILLS for whatever pho order that you get! I came here on a Saturday afternoon around noon for lunch. I joined the waitlist, then went to grab a boba at Desouro, and soon enough we were seated. I've been here several times and the pho never disappoints. The noodles are always bouncy and chewy, though I prefer to not put the noodle broth into my soup as I feel that they are cooked differently as it has a different flavor than the pho broth. Also, the pickled onions that they serve here are perfectly thin and not over-pickled in the vinegar. Definitely one of my favorite places to have this side available. The pho was really good, and the bone in rib was the tastiest meat in the combination in my opinion. Service is quick and waiters are attentive and asked us numerous times if we had enough noodles. Interior is busy and nicely decorated, with plants hanging from the ceiling to be expected from a Kei Concepts restaurant. Pricing is much more fair compared to Ini though! read more

I used to be crazy about this franchise for good reasons. Delicious flavorful clear broth and big ass tender pork rib bones. Also unlimited noodles and free check in herbal drink. Well it's been a few years since I've been back. Or what feels like it. It's still great but I gotta say the pork bones seem a smaller size like it shrunk a little and the broth was not as flavorful as before. The unlimited noodles I asked for were unlimited but the portions they gave was half of what I saw a few years back. Finally had the chance to eat here, after hearing so many good things about this place! If you go early, like around 5pm there's little to no wait, thankfully For appetizers we got the spring rolls and truffle fries. The spring rolls were fresh and came with a delicious peanut sauce! The fries were well-seasoned and super crispy, which I loved! They also give you 3 different sauces for the fries which were fun to alternate between. For the main I got the short rib pho, which was sooo good! The broth was delicious and with a little lime and siracha was almost addicting the portion was generous and they give unlimited free refills of the rice noodles which is so nice! Overall I really enjoyed this meal, and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a comforting and delicious meal! read more

Had the pho tai (filet). The flavor of the broth could be the best I've ever had and I've been to around a hundred bpho restaurants. It was so good I didn't even put the condiments in to add to the flavor, completely unnecessary. The noodles were delicious and the rare steak was way better than most, soft and just perfect. If you're going to visit this place on a Saturday night, be prepared for long waits. I can say the wait is definitely worth it since the food and service is amazing. This place is located in a popular plaza so you could also pass time at the supermarket down the parking lot. Once we got seated, we were quickly served. We ordered the Lomo Saltado and combination pho. Lomo Saltado (9/10): The fries were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside; cooked to perfection. The beef was cooked just how we asked as well! I wish there were more fries though as it seems like their proportions shrunk. Combination pho (10/10): The broth didn't need any adjustments. The meat fell off the bone. I loved the fact that I could order endless noodles! Overall a great experience with a cozy ambiance. Will be down to try again. read more

we got the shaken house fries and the pho short ribs. it was really good, and pricing was fair since you get unlimited noodles for their pho. the shaken fries were so crispy and i liked the sauce on top as well as the skinny fries that they use. they always have a wait but i think it's worth it considering the huge portions, warm service, and cozy/casual ambiance. read more
