Our Toyota Rav4 had a splash…read moreshield needing replaced and we went to Classic Toyota and dropped over $200 for the part and labor. Fast forward a few months, the new splash shield that they installed began dragging and ultimately snapped off mid drive. While under the 1 year warranty, because the splash shield was not present and able to be brought in (somewhere in the middle of the highway broken), they would not honor the warranty. On top of that, the front bumper's eyelids that hold the splash shield are now broken from the splash shield THEY IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. Now they are quoting over $500 to fix their inadequate work. The best part is them saying they are getting their manager to approve a good will replacement on the parts since we bought the parts there, they installed it, AND they are the only people to have worked on the car for oil changes. After waiting a hour they tell is no good will was approved. Pay full price. Freaking joke. They've lost my family's business for life and don't deserve yours.

I called back and the manager said that's their over the counter price. 20% higher than Clear Lake dealer and 30% higher than Nissan on line (after shipping). Dealership has been less than firth coming even on purchase of the car. We were buying car for my…read morewife but she had but here credit check on freeze and we did not have password with us to immediately unlock it. While we were waiting they had another salesperson come over and sit within close earshot supposedly on the phone with a customer saying we do not make deals like other brands as we offer our best price first. Knew this was a ploy to convince us to go ahead and buy. After a long wait they said they had credit cleared and we were able to purchase car. Next day we found out they used my credit and put the car in my name which really irritated my wife even more than me. Now they keep calling wanting us to trade our car in on a new one. However we have had a recall for over a year that they haven't fixed. They finally told us to call Honda ( lack of professionalism) so we did and now Honda calling them, as Honda says they haven't fixed allotment and need to use it. Don't trust them except service department has been very good.

I heard a scraping noise, I looked under my Honda Insight to find this engine cover wadded up under my car. The car is 4.5 inches off the ground so I had to beat the aluminum cover out from under the car in order to move it. Come to find out, the mechanics have to remove this cover to change the oil??? So it only makes sense they did not put it back on correctly. I'm sure they will want me to pay for another one. Their fault........
