What concerns me most is that the vehicle was returned to me in this condition despite having inspection stickers on it. I don't understand how a vehicle with active warning lights and obvious drivability issues could be considered roadworthy. After spending this amount of money and waiting over two months, I expected a repaired and safe vehicle, not one that left me questioning whether it was safe to put my child in it. The lack of communication, the lengthy delay, and the fact that the original issues were not resolved have left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I ordered tires online and had them delivered to this location, along with an oil change. Unfortunately, they didn't place an oil-change reminder sticker on my car, claiming they had run out. Then, I scheduled a vehicle inspection for 9:00 a.m 10/7 and rearranged my work schedule (I'm a nurse, so this was not easy). At the last minute, I was told the inspector called out and I'd need to come back the following day. I was promised a small discount and rescheduled again. When I showed up this morning, they had no record of my appointment and no emissions stickers available. The staff was unprofessional and unsympathetic. Overall, this location's communication and customer service were very disappointing. If you plan to use this Pep Boys, I'd strongly recommend double-checking your appointment and having a backup plan. Currently I am driving around with outdated inspection stickers but plan on finding another place today.
