We've been using Wheeler's Pest Control for a few years now. When we bought our house in 2014, we didn't have pest control initially. We found black widows everywhere outside and other spiders inside almost daily. We'd also find silver fish and other bugs as well. Since using Wheeler's Pest Control, we have had zero black widows and we rarely find spiders inside. Our silver fish issue has completely gone away. We are very happy with the service we receive. The technicians are friendly, show up when they say they will, and they always knock on the door when they arrive to ask us if there is anything we've had issues with since their last visit. They always assure us that if we do have issues in between services, they will come back out free of charge. We've never had to ask them to do this, though, because we don't have any issues. We had a real problem with gophers tearing up our lawn. Alfredo is the technician who came out to treat our problem. The treatment was $299 for two treatments, (using poison), to be done within a two week period. However, at my request, because I saw a freshly dug hole a few days after the second treatment, Alfredo came back out, confirmed that we still had a gopher, and treated my yard again for a third time at no additional cost. He also noticed we had a couple fire ant hills and treated them at no additional charge. Now that's customer service! My house backs up to a wilderness, me and my neighbors have bad problems with gophers, it's the whack a mole game. Having a wedding on my property and had a lot of gopher issues that need to be gone quickly. I used wheelers do to being able to use the better products. After calling around I found few companies that use the stronger gopher products then some others. After talking to my neighbors that have an orchard they told me only some companies have the right license to use higher grade gopher products. Have used Wheeler for 4 years now. Jonathan and John have always done an excellent job. Our area has a lot of rats and snails and recently gophers. They also helped us catch a very aggressive squirrel who chewed up my backyard furniture! I would recommend them. We have bimonthly service.
