First of all, thank you so much Julia for being so professional and very direct answers. The first treatment guy, I'm so sorry I forgot his name but he's a young man and he is so nice. But I asked again for the following treatment to our cockroach problem although it was not much I still see some activities mostly in our kitchen and living room so I asked again for their service and they sent Joe and boy he is more professional he's definitely more knowledgeable and very polite. He did made sure that our kitchen and living room was treated. Also they offered me another visit free of charge to put some treatment and to monitor activities behind our kitchen and living room wall. I hate bugs specially cockroaches so I don't know where it came from. But if you are noticing problem like ours Morton Pest Control are the best!! Very nice company, always polite and friendly. But never saw any dead rats or mice from their traps. I think they did keep the mosquitos down, though. Also, I did learn from them that it was Gecko lizards that were pooping on our garage walls. I thought it was pigeons or some bird. They look like bird droppings. Can't control those critters; just want them to stay outside. I didn't use this company anymore since we are planning to move. read more

Larry came out to assess the situation, set traps, found entry points and came up with a plan to rid them. Larry, his mother, and wife were fast acting and responsive when we needed follow up visits to check and reset the traps. Ok well I have been a customer for 10 years of Morton pest control and I never leave reviews. But Morton's is amazing. Last year we had an ant problem and they made sure it was taken care of. They came back twice to handle it. We also had a mouse problem 5 years ago and they handled it. We had to pay a little more for mouse problems but they handled it. They are a local small business that care about their customers problems. They always call and tell me when they are coming. I ignore their calls. But they are awesome in results. We have no problems. We are pest free. And when we did they fixed them. I highly recommend them if you want results. We recently discovered that it is Morton's policy fill their tanks (both the 100 gallon on the truck and the backpacks) with our house water. The first time it happened we were told it was an accident; they just forgot to fill the tank prior to coming to our house. The second time it happened, we were told we would have to pay more if we didn't allow them to take water because they would have to charge for travel time to get water. With the upcoming water restrictions, we decided we did not want to pay for the pest service and pay for water as well. I found Morton Pest Control through Yelp and I am really glad I called them. For the first time we had a problem with rats and mice in our barn and I had tried several different ways to get rid of them. We had also suffered through several summers with ants. At my wits end, I called Morton and spoke with Barbara. She got us on the books and we started getting service immediately. Larry came out and we talked about the problem and I explained that I had livestock, small dogs and chickens and I was afraid of poison. Together we worked out a system that would work with what we wanted and what was necessary to fix our problem. Within about 2 months, our issues were resolved. I don't think I have seen a rat in at least a month and our infestation was bad. This was also the first summer/fall that I can remember when we didn't have ants - not a single one. I called morton because my parents used them for years. Unknown to me, they stopped using them because my mother caught them pretending to spray and just taking their money. Our guy came and waited for us to get the cats into the garage. As most people know cats are not to happy when forced to go somewhere. Our tech left and said call back later when we got the cats out. Less than 10 minutes later i called and he told me he wasnt coming back, "we were to much drama and find another company" i had pulled all the furniture off the walls cleared under all the sinks and emptied the pantry for this appointment. Upset i called lakeside pest control, told them my situation and in less than an hour and a half had the owner himself at my home to spray. My wife said he did a fantastic job outside and even left him at our home alone to finish the job inside the house because of how trustworthy he seamed.
