Shady No call backs Watch for the extra addons $500 etching so called fee that made no mention it was optional. Why would a used car need this if there is full coverage insurance? Will call to harass you to come down or up... $27,000 no call or email back. The other blue Ford I looked at was rusty as hell. Bring a scanner or mechanic. Idk why I went through with it besides need. I have great credit as and out down 5k...but was hoping I got declined. Didnt haggle over price but he definitely had selective hearing and you will notice when doing paperwork he will speed over certain parts. I recommend start paperwork then walk out. Read everyone then when comfy complete transaction. I have no idea if the shady work was from this lot it before? Drywall screws in rusty panels? I won't blame them for the engine sounds because sounds like a bad year for this brand. First pic some damaged fuses. Second after 500 miles light still on and it's not the gas cap. Fueling up is a nightmare! Frayed wire I guess for the engine block just sitting on the metal hood bracket. The p0446 might be an easy fix. Maybe caused by sitting too long but definitely shouldn't have to fix it on week one. Definitely hope they lose business and hope the customer does their due diligence. The owner of this place and the car salesmen here are some of the most shady people I have ever encountered. I have had so many problems with these guys this has been an awe full experience. They have lied countless times. I bought a car from them and the second I drove off the lot the window stopped working I should have taken that as my first sign. A few days later the break pads were completely gone and two rotters needed to be replaced. A couple days after that I was in the mountains with my family and the breaks stopped working. Complete break failure. So I bring it back again and it's the calipers this time that are bad. They say that the vehicles under go a full inspection. But that is a complete lie. The oil in the vehicle was never changed. And when I asked them to correct it they told me ok we will do that and then told me they did it and they still never changed the oil. When I came to pick up the car for the 3rd time the owner asked me to sign a piece of paper and said I just need you to sign off on this it says that we did the work for free. And he tells me that I can bring the car back in the next couple weeks if anything else happens to the car. So I read the paper and it was a release of liability. This guy lied to my face and tried to get me to release them from any wrong doing. It's now 105 and the air conditioner just started making noises and stopped working. At this point I have no choice but to call an attorney and file a complaint with the state of Washington. These guys are super crooked do not do business with them unless you want endless problems and shady business deals.The General manager Jay went on and on about how the owner Ali is hiding so much money from the IRS but he hides it poorly and he has found all of it. All while referring to his employer in ways that I can not say on here. Be careful with these guys. In response to the owners response. The issue isn't that minor things are going wrong with an 18 year old vehicle the problem is that you admitted to not doing a safety check on the vehicle. I signed paperwork saying that you put the vehicle through a 3rd party inspection and you did not. My issue is that when you did the break pads you didn't look at the break caliper. You put my wife and two small children in danger by not doing the things you said you did. You have repeatedly lied to me and misled me. I gave you that good review before I realized how badly you were lying to me. You sold me a messed up car that you never inspected. And now you are refusing to unwind the deal. It is unlawful for a licensed dealer to sell a vehicle that is not safe for the road. Not having sound breaks is unsafe for the road. And since you have admitted to not doing a safety inspection then how do you know that the vehicle is safe for the road? Also not super welcoming I had to ask to come in there was some older gentlemen who blocked the door and just looked at me until I told him why I was there. RUN. Don't walk. I've had this car maybe 6 months? It has left me and my two babies stranded several times. They make promises and claims but they are pathological liars. This most recent stranding was today 1.5 hours away from home in the SNOW! I've had $5k cars more reliable than this. Heck I've had a $1800 Hyundai more reliable than this $11k suburban which by the way was hyper inflated. The only reason we got it was because of the low miles and they claimed it was fully serviced up to date etc etc yet the brakes have gone out twice, the ac went out within a month with temps being over 100 degrees btw. The vehicle I got here i was told was in sound working condition..... im currently at 1500 dollars and my time counting to get it operational. They told me I beat them up on the price of the vehicle and I got a deal. I beg to differ. When you purchase a vehicle that they said they inspected and is good, then take it home to polish the rough ends out just to find that the transmission is going out, the front driveshaft is missing, the transfer case is bad and needs to be replaced, the emergency brake dont work, horn doesn't work, inside power doesn't work and so forth.... I haven't even checked everything yet. I was told as a courtesy that they would fix the emergency brake so while in park it won't roll forward, so thanks for that i guess. I was also told you can return the vehicle back to us, but we know how that works.... I was told by them they don't sell shit vehicles..... ok..... How do you not know everything is wrong with a vehicle that you inspected? I had been taken by these people and looked in the eye by these people and told i got a great deal. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!! We bought the repair coverage for our new truck and needed to use it about a day after buying, we brought it back to have it fixed. They kept the truck for a week, did nothing to it. we had to keep asking them for updates, finally told us they still had not even ordered the part! Told us to take it home. A few days later, we asked if we could bring it back, they said they never told us to take it! So we left the truck with them for another week, just to find out they STILL did NOTHING! I had been looking for a good 3/4 or 1 ton pick up to haul a 32 ft travel trailer for a 4 month road trip. I had been in contact with the used dealership down the street "Bettencourt Auto". They tried telling me that the truck I was looking at was in great condition and had no issues. I took it for a test drive and it immediately started leaking fluids, check engine light came on and the transmission was about to go out 100%. I drove straight back to them and dropped it off. I went to Wheels & Deals to check out a truck for my husband. It was pouring rain outside and I had my kids with me...no one from W&D even bothered to greet me. I walked around the lot, found the truck that we were interested in and peeked in the windows. The doors were locked. I was soaked, and still no one had even acknowledged I was there. I left. But the truck looked really nice. So when my husband got home from Reserve Duty, he headed up to take a look at the truck. He called to let them know he was on his way and to make sure they were still open. They told him to come on in. When he got there, they were incredibly rude to him, making all kinds of rude remarks and insults. One guy yelled at him that he must not know how customer service works! My husband is slow to anger and will put up with a lot, but this was completely uncalled for. He turned and walked out the door, we took our business elsewhere. I purchased a car for my 16 year old niece. My sister had test drove it. As soon as I signed the paperwork, I decided to drive it. As soon as it started it, I knew it wasn't right. The check engine light was on. My sister said that wasn't the case when she test drove it. I immediately asked the salesman to check it. It came back engine misfire. He said the car had an active recall and once we addressed the recall it should solve the problem. I don't believe that. Now not even 5 days later, the car is setting in another shop waiting to be fixed. The message center displayed AC won't work due to Engine being too hot. The hot/cold gague isnt working either. Now I'm waiting on parts to come in. And also I told them I'd like to put $2000 as a down-payment on my credit card. They never said anthing about fees or anything but charged me $2060 for using my card. I had spoken to salesman a couple of times before signing paperwork and was never informed about the fees! These con artists attempted to rip me off a staggering and additional $600. See last paragraph of this review for the details. Most of the staff including the owner lied to me before And primarily after my purchase. My advice is avoid these guys like the plague And buy your used car only from a dealership that offers a " Certified Used Car" certificate and from a dealer who has a stellar reputation without the blemish of the one star ratings. If you get conned into buying here make sure you opt out of their scams, the "Financed" extras like completely useless extended warranties with "bumper to bumper coverage", also pass on the theft and Gap insurance as they are much cheaper elsewhere. By the way the refunds for these extra add ons are Not refundable directly to you in check form, but Only sent directly to lender to pay down the loan. Never buy any used car from anywhere without paying your mechanic to check it out front to back, demand nothing less than a "Car Fax" ....other reports are bogus and incomplete. I have Never had issues with used car purchases in 35 years of buying until this group of scam artists. I was lucky until these bad wheel deals. The owner is a con and assured us he had our backs on more than one deal, he makes most of his deals at auctions and covers up issues others passed onto him. Rust, and collision damage where concealed big time by paint and less than accurate vehicle reports . The list of the ways I was conned goes on and on and cost me thousands of dollars and countless hours. It is advised that you search and read the Tony Hass review And other one star reviews. The one star reviews confirm that wheels and deals may waste your time And hard earned money by not making good on their word. To this day they have failed to meet many agreements and have not coughed up the promised bottle of Tequila. update I submitted a request for a full refund of financed Gap Insurance and was only refunded 273.00 initially ..... wheels and deals kept over 600.00 from the refund due, causing even more hassles to get the remaining refund and the long process of recouping Many other losses incurred by doing business. read more

I experienced the worst costumer service I have ever had at this place. The salesmen were pushy and disrespectful. The first guy kept telling me he has an "old lady" coming the next morning to buy the car I was there to look at, so I better decide fast. By the 10th time he said it, I handed the keys back and told him thanks anyway and I walked out the door to leave. Then the general manager called out to me as I was leaving and demanded to know why I didn't want to buy the car. I told him it's ok, I'm just going to look somewhere else. Then he got very aggressive and told me I needed to tell him the reason because he needs to tell the owner why I didn't buy the car. This seemed really weird and intrusive, I should have followed my gut and kept walking out the door. But I decided to tell it to him straight that I didn't like the way the salesman kept telling me an "old lady" was coming in the morning, and if I wanted it, I had to act now. I also told him the price didn't align with the condition of the car and large amount of miles. After giving my reasons, the general manager got very aggressive and began raising his voice at me. He asked why I even came if I wasn't going to buy the car. I finally just left as he continued to berate me as I headed out the door. I was in disbelief as I walked to my car that I had just been yelled at. I really wonder if the owner of Wheels and Deals know this is how his business is being ran when he's not there. I tried to find a contact to be able to talk to him directly about how unprofessional his employees were that day, but no one ever responded. The level of dishonesty with these guys is absolutely astounding. You'll be wishing you were dealing with Jerry Lundergard from the movie Fargo by the time you are through. First off they get you to sign about ten pages of documents giving up all your rights as a consumer. Then in my case the check engine light came on two days later and it was for a defective DPF filter which is a three thousand dollar repair. Of course there is no recourse for any of that since you have signed all your rights away. I'm a big boy, I signed the papers and nobody held a gun to my head so I will live with that but I think it is highly likely the problem with the car was known by them and they cleared the code before selling the car. But the part that absolutely pisses me off the most is they charged me $350 for the tabs and assured me they would send me a balance in the form of a check when they sent me the plates for the car. Well it took them so long to send the plates the car was almost on the verge of being illegal to drive. So the plates finally arrive and guess what, no check. So I call them and get some BS answer that it was overlooked. Two weeks later I call the manager and ask him what's going on and get this hurt puppy dog attitude that I would even question their integrity. The manager, Rick , tells me he will send me a check. Another two weeks go by and no check. Is it really worth it to piss a customer off for a lousy hundred and seventy bucks? Avoid these guys at all cost! read more

STAY AWAY From this dealer! They sold me a Nissan Titan with so many things wrong with it. They told me the extended warranty that I purchased from them would cover pumper to pumper...they lied. Nothing was covered. Even the Nissan dealer I took the truck to said I got conned into buying their crappy insurance plan. The problems I have with the truck would've been covered under Nissan's extended warranty, but not with the insurance they offered. So please beware! I've been trying to cancel my warranty contract the past couple of days,but the manager (Mooki?) refuses to send me the appropriate form to cancel and will not return my calls. KROOKS! BEWARE. Flew up from San Francisco to buy a 2008 4Runner limited 4x4 and drive it home. Listed in excellent condition, and at first glance, it really looked like it. Decided to take it over to the local Toyota dealership to have a buyers diagnostic done anyways. Thank god we did. Heavy rust damage to the frame of the vehicle including seized brake calipers, rusted rotors, u-joints rusted shut, and a nice fresh powder coat paint job to try and cover the damage. Drove 3 miles back to Wheels and Deals and the front brakes were literally smoking when we pulled up. They looked me dead in the eye, told me the next person would buy it just like that and told us to leave. My only hope is that the "next person" reads this and isn't put thru the same ordeal. These guys were great up until I made an offer on a vehicle. The vehicle was a Honda Element 2008 with 124k miles on it. They wanted $10,888 and I offered $8,500 as a starting point. He immediately stood up and told me to have a nice day. The KBB price range said the fair price was around $8250, the salesman said he didn't care about that at all. The car had panels falling off, damage to the passenger side door, and various interior issues. He was very condescending and was offended by my offer. Little did he know I had cash to pay the full price of the vehicle in my pocket, maybe if he had a better attitude he would have made a sale. We came to W&D after a really bad experience with another dealership. We booked an appointment, and Jorge Ruiz was greatly helpful in choosing the perfect minivan. He didn't get frustrated when i wanted to see alllll of the vans, and was happy to let me test drive as many as I wanted. He and brion (I'm not sure how to spell his name, but it was somewhat unusual) stayed a few hours past closing to help us select and purchase our perfect van. They honored a pricing mis-print I found for the van (super classy, guys!) and we ended up with a fantastic deal. They put up with our two year old running around for hours as I looked and my husband watched her, and interacted with her to help keep her entertained. The only minor thing I would have changed was being a bit more willing to let me figure out how to do things: Jorge wanted to remove and move seats for me, instead of letting me do it myself to make sure I could. I understand that there is the "It will be faster if I do it" and the "Please dont break something before you've bought it" aspects at play, but it came off a bit more like not wanting to take the time to let me really explore the car. The older man assisting us made multiple comments about Asian women and their inability to drive. He also told us the "check differential" warning meant it was working and straight lied to us that he could feel it engage. It wasn't until after we pulled out the owners manual and showed him the page that which stated there was a dysfunction that he believed us. Getting under the car revealed a severed wire to the solenoid which we were informed could easily be fixed. Extremely dishonest owner and staff I bought a car from them on Saturday. I told them I need to do inspection on Monday, they mentioned we can do contract so you can take the car today but in the contract we will write, contingent upon inspection. We filled out the car loan application, I told them to not process it until they hear from me on Monday. I wanted to shop around for better rate, I told them that if they can match the rate I get from outside, I will go with them otherwise not, which they agreed. At the time of purchase the sales man (Rob) told me that he will do the windows tint and detailed cleaning. On the contract they did not write contingent upon inspection, which I did not pay attention (fault on my side). I did inspection on Monday, found a few issues (not major ones) with the car, called them and asked them to help me fix them. They mentioned the contract does not say contingent upon inspection and they cannot help me fix the issues. They processed my loan application and told me if I want to go with different lender, I could just refinance this loan. About the windows tint, it's been over a week and I am still trying to get a hold of them. Every time I talk to the salesman (Rob), he mentions he is trying to find out when I can bring the car in. If you purchase car through them, I strongly recommend to take your time to read details of the contract before signing. And make sure you have them write anything they offer while trying to make the sale. read more

I was in the market for a particular vehicle for my wife. Certain color within a year range and a certain trim level. I found 2 in this state and one in Oregon which is within reach. One dealer had exactly what we were looking for with approximately 20k less miles but I had a bad car buying experience. I chose to spend $200 less with a great experience for the rig my wife wanted. Took it for my warranty inspection which W&D gets a C on but the vehicle was in 8.5/10 shape. I only mention because one fix was simple and ridiculous which maybe the reason it was sold that way. Made a long trip up to W&D at the end of the day to look at a 2011 Outback. The car was in great condition inside and out as described, and a fair price based on mileage and maintenance already completed. Pat was quick and professional, and they were able to find financing for about what my credit union could offer so I could be out the door that night. I drove the car 50 miles home to Tacoma, no issues. Overall, the only issues I found were one blown fuse and it needed new wipers, otherwise this car is in excellent condition for its age. I have no doubt with proper maintenance this vehicle will last many more years. read more
