Got a letter 30 days later that was missed and then an email asking for claim info on the SAME DAY I got a notice that was being sent to collections & Do Not Rent in 10 days. If you enjoy surprises this is a great place to rent a car from. They will leave a voicemail on Christmas Eve (2 days before pickup) that they don't have your SUV. No 2nd call. No text. No email. No time to even find something else. You can make your reservation weeks in advance and they will still find a way to surprise you. Another wonderful facet of this company is the reservation department is like a different company than the local lots. They will make reservations for you even when they don't have the inventory. Not just once. Not twice. But even up to 3 times in one day. One person tells you one thing on the phone and the local lot tells you another. read more

While our car was getting some repairs following an accident, the other party's insurance supplied a rental from this Enterprise location. The car had been smoked in previously but otherwise was undamaged before and after rental. A month later, Enterprise has filed a fraudulent claim to our car insurance for repairs that they say already took place, and because there is no proof of the damage or repairs, our insurance premiums will increase. Apparently this is a common rental scam - would recommend steering clear of this location. read more

The rental was due. I went to bring the car back and there was an accident out in front and I could not get in either driveway, my son was following me to give me a ride so I was there. It was agreed that 28 dollars for gas to refill the tank,Megan stole 80.00 minus the gas. If you want a thief working for you this is who you hire. Their communication skills are lacking, they do not care about their customers, they have bad business practices and are just all around not great. It took me over a month to not have my issues resolved. They're money hungry and lack any sort of integrity. If you can, GO ELSEWHERE, this place doesn't deserve your time or your money. I feel so ripped off. First they take 130.?? From my account on accident then they tell me it will be refunded. Then I call back 4 days later still not refunded. She proceeded to tell me it's my bank. I call my bank which happens to be the third time calling. Still nothing pending or going thru. Call them again over a week later. After telling me it's been processed turns around and then tells me that they added it up and I must of got it back and it works out on paper that I was not getting my money back. Horrible experience with the manager. Poor customer service. Speaks down to people. She thinks she is doing you a favor when you go in there to rent a car. Gives you the dickens for not reserving the car a few days prior to picking it up. Talks down to you in front of other customers. I wonder how she is with the employees. They were nice. These guys have always been WONDERFUL to work with! I've had my car in the shop twice now and rented a vehicle thru them with insurance and they've been exceptional both times! We had bodywork done at Autonation Collision on Sprague on our vehicle and learned that when you pick up your car you can leave the rental at Autonation and Enterprise will pick it up (they're very close to one another) so that was handy! Then most recently I called and they immediately sent someone to pick me up and shuttle me to enterprise from my home, and stayed open 20 minutes after close to get me in a rental car on a Saturday. In and out in 15 minutes. Superb service! I only wish insurance was as pleasant to deal with. These guys have been great, each time I've been given a SUV similar to mine - limited editions with leather. Very pleased with them!!! read more

I have been a customer at this Enterprise for many years. They are consistently great in the customer service arena. Lately, they appear to be under-staffed and in spite of this, they are working diligently to provide me the service & car that I need for the situation. I have had problems getting my deposit refunded in a timely manner in the past. I have also found errors/ differences in what was charged vs the quote I was given and price that I agreed to. My recommendation is to watch the receipts & charges carefully & best wishes dealing with their central corporate offices. I try and tell everyone I can, do not go to enterprise for any car or truck rental, they have a little thing they do with some of their customers. I put a $229.41 deposit down. For a rental, but they have never returned it. I went to my bank where they should have sent it, and asked over many days, did enterprise return my money into my account, and they said they had no recollection of any return. This has been going on since 2/12/24 and I still haven't seen it. In fact I went into the enterprise to ask them about my refund, and they told me to leave. You suck enterprise. read more

My company rents over 200 employees to enterprise each at least 20 days a month. I have rented from Enterprise rental locations across the US and Canada over the course of 5 years racking up many rental days a year. This location (sadly) is local to me and when it comes time for business or personal use they alway miss the mark in customer service. Either they don't have the car ready, they don't have any cars, or they don't have the car requested. They always have an excuse, never have a solution. I cringe every time I have to walk into this location because I know from the many times renting here they will screw up something or not be accomodating. Just like did again on my current rental. Absolutely LOVE working with these guys. We got stuck in Seattle after my husband had surgery and our only car broke down. They went above and beyond to work something out with us, we had no credit card, and many other competitors who DO accept debit cards need you to send in a million and one documents proving so many things . Enterprise was willing to work with us and we were on our way home in no time (many other competitors also wouldn't let us drop off the car in another city). If I could give them zero stars I would. Today I tried to rent a car to get back home across the state because my relatives I was staying with tested positive for COVID and I needed to get home with my four year old. I am a 36 year old with excellent credit and plenty of funds and they wouldn't allow me to rent a car with a debit card instead of a credit card. I accidentally left my credit card at home when I flew here and they told me on the phone when I called that I could rent a car no problem. I needed a van to chauffeur family around on Bloomsday weekend. I found this on Costco's travel site for the cheapest price. The van was in good shape with 26K miles and was well equipped including a backup camera (which is handy when not used to driving vehicles this large) and hands free connectivity. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. The rental process was quick and there was no pressure to buy insurance. My only beef is that the van was not full (about 3/4) tank when I picked it up. That was not originally noted on the contract, so I went back in before I left and had it noted. Not full is a bit of a hassle as then you have to try to estimate how much gas it takes to get back to the same level when gassing up for a the return. I brought back a bit more gas than I went out with, but that is not a huge deal. The guys working there are very pleasant and professional. They met me on the lot both when I picked up the van and when I returned it. They seemed genuinely interested to know if the van met my expectations. read more

What I didn't know, is that the clerk up sold me to a sports car - knowing that my insurance company was only covering an economy car. Shame on you, Mr Wright, for being deceitful and lacking integrity. We reserved an 8 passenger SUV about 3 hours before pick up on October 23. (We changed our reservation from another company because of the snow storm coming in that afternoon. We thought it was worth a little more money to not drive to the airport. Anyone from Spokane knows the 90 from the airport back into town is a mess during snow storms). We were assured over the phone by their service agent they had the vehicle for us. When we arrived, my wife was told they did not have an 8-passenger SUV available. They tried to place us in a mid-sized SUV that could not accommodate my family. The girl talking to us was less than helpful and simply said they don't have any in the area. So, then how did the confirm with us that morning. Effectively, they ruined our trip. Not interested in connecting with customer service or seeing the "owner's" half-hearted attempt to rectify the issue. The issue is done. We'll be using another rental agency for all future rentals. Hope it works out better for you if you rent from this location/company. read more

They picked me up from work and dropped me off at the auto shop when my car was done, which was extremely convenient! We booked a rental, flew in took a taxi to pick up our car and was told we left you a message on your phone saying we have no cars available but will put on a waiting list. How can you guarantee a rental and then be told they don't have cares available? We waited about 30 minutes standing outside with our luggage then a guy came out saying we have a challenger for you. We ordered a compact car. Great big gas hog. We had no choice but take it. We had to turn the car in a day early because the open at 7:00am. Our flight was 7am. No early drop off what a joke. They apologized but I had to get a taxi extra cost plus poor mileage. They reduced my cost some but never experience anything like this I give them ZERO. Will Never use them again! read more

Zero stars is what they Enterprise deserves. Every time we have gotten a rental car from Enterprise it has been FILTHY, not to mention there has been a razor blade sticking between the seats, and then most recently there was a pre-existing rock chip/bubble that looked to be filled in when I pointed it out to the Enterprise rep he stated it "had been repaired and that it was normal wear and tear" and then when we returned the vehicle the rock chip bubble had cracked! Enterprise said that we have to pay for the new windshield because they "didn't document it and unfortunately it's on you guys." There are many other choices of where to rent your vehicles so choose one that doesn't try to pin their whacky windshield repair jobs that leads to cracks on you. If you want dirty vehicles that are never clean and have dog hair, and razor blades stuck in seats then Enterprise is the place for you. RUN in the opposite direction from Enterprise they try to bamboozle customers into paying for their crappy unmaintained vehicles. P.S. Mr. Enterprise rep don't sit there and say "wow this is a really unlucky vehicle, we're constantly repairing the windshields". Why don't you actually fix and correct the problem, instead you are repairing rock chips that spread and you place that new windshield on the customer. We will definitely be reporting this to our insurance company and letting them know what a scam Enterprise has going on. Shame on you! read more

They got me on the road quickly after my car had to visit the mechanic despite there only being one employee working that day. Seriously, ONE employee. I'm pretty sure it was a Saturday since they closed at noon, and this poor guy was running around dealing with total chaos - phones ringing off the hook and a bunch of people (including myself) coming inside to do business. Luckily I had made the reservation online the day before to save time at the counter. I felt terrible for the employee, but to his credit he seemed to be dealing with the situation as well as humanly possible. Shame on the management for hosing their people like that. I dropped off my rental after a week and was fully planning on buying an Uber ride back to my house, but was really stoked and surprised when they offered me a ride instead, as I thought their slogan was "We'll Pick You Up", not "We'll Drop You Off". I'm not sure if it was because they were really well staffed that day or what, but it was great service and I appreciated it a lot. I wouldn't hesitate coming back to Enterprise. read more

I was in an accident and needed a rental. Enterprise was able to get me into a car then started up selling additional insurance for me. I had agreed to a 1 week insurance policy which I paid out of pocket for then I was told and I quote "after the 1 week we will reach out and ask if I would like to cancel or extend the insurance policy" well after 1 week I didn't get a call so I assumed they weren't charging me. Then about 4 weeks later I get a call from someone demanding I pay $400 for what I owe for the insurance. I told the gentleman that I was informed about cancelling the insurance after the one week and he didn't care. He took 1 week off but I was still stuck with $300 to pay. Let me remind you this is only for insurance on the rental. After I turned the vehicle in they asked how everything went and I told them I wasn't please with the insurance scam part and AGAIN was told "someone will reach out to help resolve your issue." It's been over a month and haven't heard a WORD from them. I don't recommend enterprise, they are money hungry and scam artists. I work in the auto industry and my company works on vehicles for many weeks at a time so since then myself and many coworkers haven't recommended enterprise since. read more

He said he was not entitled to follow what customer service said and refused to look at the notes on my account. He told me he was going to charge me more to fix the mistake that Enterprise made. I was driving from Seattle to Billings and in George, Washington I knew something was wrong because my car went from getting 40mpg to 16mpg. It was about 4 in the afternoon when I called this Enterprise and told them I'd be there around 8 and needed a car. They had a car with cruise control all ready for me, allowed me to leave my very sick car in the parking lot, and I drove the rental from Spokane to Billings and back to Spokane before swapping the cars and heading for home. Well they used to be better. The car we used worked fine except for the 12V power outlet. We were unable to charge our phones or use the GPS we brought along. I called the location and the persons I talked to had no idea what to do. I brought this up when I returned the car and all I got was a "sorry about that". A few years ago when I rented from Enterprise they would of tried to make it up some how. Also, the blankety-blank web site won't let me join the rewards program and phone calls just get me shuffled to some one else who seems to be to busy to help. read more

NEGATIVE ZERO RATING. I needed body work on my car due to a hit and run. So I contacted my insurance to get it paid for and set up. Three days before the repair I contacted the rental car company (Enterprise). I told them my situation and wanted something cheep. They worked out a deal of $16.00 a day for a BMW. I said fine. But when I got to the repair shop there was a guy there from Enterprise but no car for me. He said he is the shuttle only and they don't deliver cars... I waited a while for thier office to call me. When the agent called he said he's coming with a "Audi" Which cost more..$19.00. I said no I don't want it. He convinced me that $100.00 of the $149.00 will be given back when I return the car(its a deposit). He ran My card But it would not work because he was entering more than the cards amount. which was $214.35. He called his office who then told him to enter $50.00 deposit instead and try. He did so it worked and I am told and showed on his tablet that I am being charged $149.00. But when I get Home and check my account it says $171.00 purchase at Enterprise. I call them and they Blame Netspend. I call Netspend And they say they don't do that. I call Enterprise back and they still denie. So I'm not comfortable with this transaction so the next day I return the car. As I give the Agent The Keys he asked another agent to check the gas and miles. The agent (Jake Rosen) then gave me a receipt That had no charges that seem to relate to my transaction. I figure okay since He said he returning My money right away Fine. As I get into my friends car I realize I left my Sun Glasses in the rental. I checked the rental and they wer'nt there. So I go inside and require about them. The agent (jake) said he has not been in the car since I returned it as he walks away to another room as if he's done with me. I did't want trouble so I left. After returning home I checked my account for my money. still nothing. So I called to inquire about my money and sun glasses Only to be hung up on twice.I called the corporate office and the put me on a long hold and then transferred me to the same store that hung up on me. This was 10:00am and I still have'nt received my Money . They are angry because I did'nt keep the car for 5 days. I feel I've been robbed by thugs in neck ties. Please Help. read more

I got told that I had to work around their schedule. They are not open on Sundays, and close at noon on Saturdays... Not very customer oriented for anyone with a NORMAL job.
