Patrick pulled it up to the office door...I paid the bill which was $5 less than a quote from a local shop which included the labor to remove the stripped bolt that the other place couldn't do. She said she believed it to be full synthetic so they got to work. When she was able to pull up she stated it was standard oil but they were already working on it. The sales rep solution was to redeem two standard oil changed ($60 purchase price) plus $25 cash to pay for an oil change that Groupon sells for $50. This company showed very poor integrity to my wife and took advantage of a vulnerable woman in an uncomfortable situation. We will not be going back.

I immediately told the big guy at the counter and when he said it was my only option i took it. On return it was CLEAN but still stunk like it did on pick up. Now IM getting charged for the smell. I called customer service and they said "well we arent taking it off bc the office didnt note that you informed them of any odor". I called the exact location, ADRIAN said oh ma'am im getting this taken care of! He calls me back and says "my manager says its too late for us to do anything" i say okay well i want his name and the name of the man tjat didnt document the disgusting odor. "I dont feel comfortable telling you that". HE CANT GIVE OUT A MANAGERS NAME!? The ENTIRE rental process was a nightmare, didnt get what i reserved, then got charged for the jerk before me smoking in it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ABUSIVE COMPANY.
