    Wheel repair #1

This review pertains to the Sterling, Virginia location, more specifically Victor our technician. Victor not only showed up within the short time window given, he thoroughly explained the process, efficiently went to work, and had the vehicle ready to roll in no time flat! I will strongly suggest, if wanting wheel repair services with their Sterling, VA branch, to request Victor as he made this experience a memorable one through complete transparency, awesome conversation, and total professionalism. Thank you, Victor!

This is my second time using these folks. The process can be a bit confusing at first. You need to kickoff the process through their website and upload photos for review. Once you get the approval that they can repair it with the cost, you then reach out to them by phone to schedule your appointment. What's great about this service is they are remote and can work on your car at your home. This makes scheduling much easier. Anthony was my service person. He gave me a call before arriving. Communication was great. The work was completed within 90 minutes and it turned out great. After the work was completed, my brakes made a bit of noise but he was able to explain that the chemicals used can dry the brakes out temporarily and after 10 minutes of driving it goes away. It did go away and we're good to go! I highly recommend these folks if you need a wheel repair.

Damaged a front driver wheel on the wife's new car :( Checked out a couple of local repair shops, average down time 5-6 business days. While walking my dogs one morning I noticed a Wheels On Site van parked in a drive of my neighborhood. Went on-line and checked them out, uploaded a couple of pics, next day I received a quote. Called to get on their schedule, appointment was for 2 days later, surprise! The morning of my appointment, received a call from Will (technician assigned to my repair) with an estimated arrival time. Spot on arrival. Repair was completed with 90 minutes, and I was amazed on the quality of the work for the $$ quoted. Will (the technician) even had to mix paint to match. This guy is an artist!! Outstanding work performed by a true professional in his field!! Thank you much Will! Work performed September 6, 2024 Bob B.

I sent an e-mail on Sunday afternoon which included the photos of the damage. At 5:30 a.m. Monday I already had their response to set up an appointment. I set the appointment for the very next day. I spoke Daniel to set up the appointment. He was absolutely great. I could not believe they were able to set me up the very next day at 8 a.m. I was super unhappy that I damaged my rim. Daniel was reassuring about the process, and I knew it was going to be done right. Neal, the expert technician, called me just before 8 a.m. and let me know when he was arriving. Great communication! Super awesome guy. Neal shows up and was fantastic. He expertly repaired the rim in less than an hour. Absolutely wonderful work, really undetectable. He was really great. The pics say it all.

    Wheel 1 - exterior refinish

WheelsOnsite recently helped repair a wheel that had a barrel crack causing a slow leak. When I met with their tech, he was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me some of the work they can do. I ended up having them refinish all 4 wheels and I couldn't be happier with the result! Pictures included, the wheels look good as brand new, the repair to the crack has held strong over a few weeks now of driving hot roads. The value add to the appearance is amazing, and they did it all in a few short hours at their facility in Sterling, VA. But they have mobile services too in several states. If you want to restore or customize your alloy wheels, I highly recommend WheelsOnsite!

Very professional and good quality work. Brought in my lightning to get calipers painted. Jay who is the manager was professional and gave me a quick tour of the facility. Tommy Taylor is the technician who did the work. Both of them walked me through the process and which color would look best on my truck. Sent me pictures during the process and it turned out great!

I tried to make an appointment, but no response. I would still consider using them if they responded.

I hit the curb on my new car and scuffed up the rims. It took them an hour each to fix both of them -- now they look brand new.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about McCarthy! I had driven to work yesterday morning,…read morewith no issues and no nail in the tire yet... after parking in my office parking lot, with construction nearby, I realized when and how it happened. Anyway, this hidden gem of a shop, is less than a mile from my office and I must say, I've not had a better experience before, truly! I was warmly greeted and welcomed (my first visit there) and Brandon and Tommy, were absolutely fantastic! Very respectful, kind, great senses of humor, and made me (a woman) feel very comfortable. They also took the time to explain how the nail could've bent as it did! This was late afternoon and I had to get back to work.. after I mentioned that, they offered to move my car up and take care of it right away! In and out in less than 45 minutes, and Tommy was gracious enough to not charge me for the nail removal, simply the patch work!! For the service, they are very reasonably priced, and offer a full range of additional services, outside of tire repair! I think they may be my new go-to place, and I cannot thank them all enough for the kindness and service I received! Thanks McCarthys!!! Happy first time customer!

I'm absolutely floored and how this company runs his business and how awful the people there are two others. A good post the email that this person was sent by the other person. But it was rather personal and it had names and I don't want this person who got terminated because someone in the company that in the office staff was scu... Bag and tried to blackmail this person ( they will be know as mj from now on) MJ gave them lots of work when they came to work for McCarthy Plus MJ worked their butt off for this place and made them money MJ is a very good mechanic one of the best in McCarthy's going to be very sorry that they let MJ go Someone in the staff whose name is Larry trying to blackmail MJ out of money when MJ went to the police they couldn't help her they told her to better go to HR When MJ went to HR they just politely told her that they will work on it but nothing came of it They were terminated by the company and as far as we know Lw never got anything done to him McCarthy has people in a office staff position that should not be working for them. This person should be in my opinion fired and they should put someone who actually care about people and not their own gain in that position. Please do not take your cars to be serviced by these people that are much better other places to take them Why help out a company that has sc_mb_ag_ working for them. Take it to a local auto mechanic not a franchise. MJ had the last laugh on them ... They work for local company, they get paid much better than McCarthy paid them, they are more appreciated where they work now, and in the long run MJ wins McCarthy loses big time What can be done to improve McCarthy company?? get rid of the a holes that cause problems and that's not the mechanics If I was those mechanics I wouldn't work there cuz it could happen to them too I give them a minus 5 million stars
