From the moment I walked in, I felt like nobody wanted to talk or work with me. I spoke with someone (purposely not naming names) who pacified my time there. I had a specific vision for what I was looking for and was disappointed in what he showed me. He told me they could work with my design and that they would text me and email me some information and I would be able to text pictures of my current bathrooms and we could get started from there. It has been over a week and I have received zero follow up. No text. No email. Nothing. I tried to call the store and the owner answered. I didn't know he was the owner and I tried to ask for a manager or someone who I could follow up with. I was told he was the manager and he was with a customer and I could call back. Didn't offer to let me speak to someone else in the store. Didn't offer to get my info and call me back. So, clearly I was dismissed again, so now I am done. I guess if you don't walk in wearing diamonds and clearly displaying your bank account balances, your money isn't good enough there. Not sure what you have to do to be taken seriously enough to get some follow up. But the owner seems like quite a jerk. Follow up is everything for a small business. If you're looking for proactive people who want to help you with a bathroom remodel, or remodels in my case, keep looking.

I have also purchased their lip balm, which is amazing in keeping my lips moist. The other day I stopped by their shop in Newburyport to replenish my oils. Since I absolutely love their shop, I always browse their new products. I ended up purchasing "Soothe," a cream, recommended for the aftercare of mosquito bites. I was skeptical, as I had tried many creams to stop the itch and to cool the feeling of fire ants crawling all over my forearm, which was the effect I experienced after a mosquito bit me last summer. My arm itched and broke out every night for months afterwards. To my surprise, Soothe stopped the itch and breakouts immediately after using it. Now my skin has been restored to its normal condition. (It felt like paper after the bite.) I am so grateful. I thought I would never find a solution. I went back the next day to let them know the cream worked amazingly well and to pick up their other seasonal cream, Cedar, which has also helped to restore the skin on my forearm. No issues, just feeling like my skin is getting what it needs. I am still working through my stash (must finish the soap I use first). I can speak for the face moisturizer (feels so good at night)- I can smell the smallest hint of lemon, the body (nice easy yummy oil) (next time I will try the unscented and maybe the baby products to compare, although I may not want to give up my lavender scent), the hand cream (so rich. so rich), the smell of the soaps and the hair oil (only one scent, a light orange blossom smell). I am also a sensitive person, smell is important to me. All are natural and balanced for me. I have curly hair and have been using it daily. I do not think I have any frizz on my bangs! The bar soaps smell like heaven. All are fabulous. Lavender is my go to, so this is much of the smells that I chose. But, I trust the others to be just as pleasing. The staff is wonderful, the space is adorable (Magical if you are in the area) but you do not need to go there. They ship for a low charge. I have been searching for the right body oil and moisturizers for years. I have oils with amethyst in the bottles, lavender seeds, etc. I will pick up these these products at farmer's markets, Etsy, little shops... I think I am done searching!
