None of the employees greeted us and yet we made eye contact with several of them. We proceeded to the back of the store where the dressing rooms were and asked one of the associates for help. He was a high-school-aged boy and didn't seem very eager to assist us. Throughout the process of trying on the suit, the associate didn't seem to care at all about asking how things were going, offer to get the stock shoes they typically give when trying on suits in-store, or seem at all helpful. My fiance and I will not be using Men's Wearhouse for our suits for our upcoming wedding, not because of the quality, but because of the lack of customer service all of their locations seem to possess.

The first thing she said to us in a condescending tone was "Why do you need a custom suits". We asked if my fiancé could try on different sizes to feel what was more suitable/comfortable for him. She handed us different sizes and did not show us where he the dressing rooms were. She then went to help another customer. My fiancé also tried to explain to her that the suit jacket did not fit properly. Then the manager went on to tell him that's how all suits fit (which is not true). We felt like she didn't want us to make a purchase or even be there. Her attitude was very cold towards us. We decided to just leave as she was not helpful at all. However, we did go to another store location in Burlington MA and was greeted with kindness and professionalism unlike the Peabody location.

It is a tribute to one of the owners and her battle with cancer. The inside is decorated spooky with tons of orange and black everywhere - I wanted to stay here forever. They even had a life size statue of Edgar Allen Poe. They offer a ton of merchandise from apparel to mugs to even stickers and magnets. Everything is pricy as you would expect, but you can only get their items in store so I think it is worth it if you're looking for something unique. BlackCraft Cult also does a haunted house on the weekends during the Halloween season with live scare actors - you can tour it during the week too, but they do not have the actors then. Upon entering from the charming street, the eye is drawn upward through a massive space that is BlackCraft Salem. There is a great wow factor here! Most surfaces in the room are black, however the ceiling features a large glass area with a suspended life size witch sculpture. There is a pathway straight through the center of the room with children's clothing to the right and more adult sizes in the middle and rear. To the left are seasonal items and the checkout counter. On the left side from the entry, there is a great photo opportunity including a throne surrounded by candles. There is also a life sized Edgar Allen Poe statue on the right side of the room which also makes a fun photo opportunity. There is a good selection of items and sizes. There is an area upstairs that was available for small private events. It looks pretty cool. The coffee counter is in the far right rear corner and requires reservations during the spooky holiday season. (See review for my take about that item) This is a location not to miss overall. I highly recommend the hoodies and purses. This is where the BlackCraft Haunt Ttickets are available, and highly recommend it for adults!

All of the counters for all of the various beauty brands were attractively set up and well organized. On this particular visit to the store I was looking to replenish some Lancome skincare items and the saleslady was able to quickly find the items that I was asking for. I also saw an eyeshadow that looked good so I decided to buy that along with the couple of skincare items that I was purchasing. The beauty department was running a sale for 15% off their beauty products so I got a pretty decent deal on my items. The saleslady who waited on me was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. I am happy with my products and I would definitely consider shopping at this location again.

He was friendly, informative, helpful and polite. He assisted me with the questions I had and represented Lululemon well !
