We walked in and were met with an employee and he checked us in for our appointment. We explained what color we wanted etc and the employee got his manager, Danielle, so she could give us more information about custom suits. The first thing she said to us in a condescending tone was "Why do you need a custom suits". We asked if my fiancé could try on different sizes to feel what was more suitable/comfortable for him. She handed us different sizes and did not show us where he the dressing rooms were. She then went to help another customer. My fiancé also tried to explain to her that the suit jacket did not fit properly. Then the manager went on to tell him that's how all suits fit (which is not true). We felt like she didn't want us to make a purchase or even be there. Her attitude was very cold towards us. We decided to just leave as she was not helpful at all. However, we did go to another store location in Burlington MA and was greeted with kindness and professionalism unlike the Peabody location.

Unfortunately, he ignored us for about 15 minutes. A line was forming behind us of people waiting for their scheduled appointment and to drop off suits for alterations. Then, people who arrived after us were acknowledged and assisted, while we stayed waiting. Finally, about 25-minutes after our schedule appointment time, we started to get help. When we said we wanted to go with a tan suit, the staff member assisting us did not hide his displeasure. We got as far as walking halfway toward the suits when he left us waiting in the middle of the store to go help other people. It would have been nice if he had finished getting us fully started before walking away again. We waited a few more minutes as he continued to help other people and then we decided to leave. 0/10, dont recommend. Giblees down the street is much better. Go there for your suit and tux needs!

Walking in, you are bombarded by everything black, dark and magical. The first thing that catches your eyes is the huge illuminated witch in the center of the shop. Everything and anything dark and spooky you can think of you will most definitely find here. There's a lot of dark pieces here. I'm into positive spells, magic and the history of it all but some of the stuff they had here is are things I'm not into it. But it's cool that I got to check out it. I adore that this store is on an old bank. The venue is stunning. The building is very ornate. I can only imagine the kind of history that this building holds. I find these old historical buildings so fascinating. It's cool that I got to check things out while I made my way through part of the shop. This joint is the definition of spooky, witchy and Halloween. I wouldn't have known about it if it wasn't for the Blackcraft Coffee. You walk inside and your eyes immediately go up to the enormously gorgeous witch statue that is hanging from the ceiling. I had seen photos and videos, but it is more beautiful in person. It is a tribute to one of the owners and her battle with cancer. The inside is decorated spooky with tons of orange and black everywhere - I wanted to stay here forever. They even had a life size statue of Edgar Allen Poe. They offer a ton of merchandise from apparel to mugs to even stickers and magnets. Everything is pricy as you would expect, but you can only get their items in store so I think it is worth it if you're looking for something unique. BlackCraft Cult also does a haunted house on the weekends during the Halloween season with live scare actors - you can tour it during the week too, but they do not have the actors then. All of the counters for all of the various beauty brands were attractively set up and well organized. On this particular visit to the store I was looking to replenish some Lancome skincare items and the saleslady was able to quickly find the items that I was asking for. I also saw an eyeshadow that looked good so I decided to buy that along with the couple of skincare items that I was purchasing. The beauty department was running a sale for 15% off their beauty products so I got a pretty decent deal on my items. The saleslady who waited on me was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with.
