Seth was so patient and helpful in planning a week of golf for my husband in the middle of winter. With Seth's instruction, my husband had the "best birthday present ever." Ladies, you know how hard it is to come up with "best birthday present ever." I was encouraged to sign up for the beginner 5 week class lead by Eric. Eric was very clear in his instruction and encouraging. Helping me see why golf can be fun. The classes worked. I think I'm hooked on a new sport and plan to keep practicing and yes take some more classes. For now, I'm rocking the golf simulator.....

They have multiple target greens of various distances, over an enormously wide range area. They offer year round practice with heated booths, to hit off golf mats. $10 for 70 balls which are pretty new and washed each time. My only wish is they allowed for half buckets. They do have a nice putting and chipping green which is usually pretty crowded. They also offer a membership program that allows for access to a special members only practice area allowing 30 buckets a month. But the fee is too rich for me. I wish they offered a discounted weekday or weekend only membership. It is located in the same building as Golf and Ski Warehouse where you can test drive new clubs on the driving range off the back mats. And if you need help with your game, the Seth Dichard Golf School operates from the same location. I should also note that it is adjacent to the 36 hole Green Meadows Golf Course.

I went to World Cup because they have Trackman and figured I could get an accurate average yardage…read moreon every club in my bag. Lately have been coming up short on my approach shots and wanted to take the guess work out of it. So I booked a bay at $8.30 and bought a $20 bucket of balls. The Trackman screen is a pain in the ass to work when changing clubs. Now I know that I avg 250 with my driver but this machine was telling me that I was hitting it 205, so I went down the line with the next 4 clubs. Every club was extremely short so I took 6 of my own balls out of my bag to see if it was their balls or the machine that was giving me a false yardage. The 6 Titleist ProV1 gave me 40-50 yards difference...their balls are JUNK, either they are restricted flight or just crap that have been hit too many times. This effort proved only one thing to me...that it was a total waste of time and money! If you are hitting balls and don't care how far they go or if they nose dive 50yds out then practice at World Cup! But if you want to get accurate yardage and flight and easy transition when changing clubs then practice at KIMBALL'S in Westford Ma!! Sorry but this place is a joke!

From the casual athlete, to the experienced, this place will have everything you need to succeed in your discipline. This place is beautiful, with two floors of walk through. It also has a batting cage, for those interested in getting their swing on. Always seem to find a good deal on their supplements, and the clearance rack for apparel is always an eye catcher, with new training gear that you won't feel bad destroying. Are always around to help with questions, and are super friendly. The best part about this place, is that it's right on the border, Massachusetts, but still in New Hampshire (TAX FREE !)

Sadly disappointing since we drove 45 minutes to come here. We decided to have some ice cream…read morefirst but after being told the person should be here in about 10-15 minutes so we hit a small bucket of balls to pass the time. The loaner clubs are horribly bad. When we finished the ice cream was still closed. We promised our son mini-golf so we left and went to Sullivan Farms only 5 minutes down the road. (Great ice cream and friendly staff) We came back to do the mini-golf. They have a great layout and fun design but the water features were off and the greens torn in multiple places on each hole. Not to mention there was 2 women with 2 children using it as a playground. One ran right up and took 2 of our golf ball's. The woman took her time to collect her child and give us the balls back but never apologized. Not sure why they were letting them run around like that. But no one from the place did anything. We won't be back.... Seems like there is a lot that needs improving for the mini golf and for the range I suggest having your own clubs. The only upside was the looks of the bumper boats and batting cages... I wasn't spending more money to try it so only basing that off the looks of them.

We were greeted instantly by Brian, who was more than helpful during our whole visit. I explained to him we were new to the sport and did not want/need the most expensive equipment. He hooked it up with a lot of discounts (since we were buying in bulk) and made sure we took a look at last season's gear to save money. I received some of the best service of my short 28 year old life...I'd gladly go back anytime, although I hope I don't need to...Brian even offered to help with our bindings as well. Have I mentioned how cool the shop is? Highly recommend - would not go anywhere else for gear or snowboard insight.
