Horrible employees with not a care in the world and non functional equipment. We got shorted on time due to another group running over. They didn't prep us for the game with the rules, dos/donts. The ref made no efforts to be engaged or help. We had two cars basically sit in one spot and the entire game was cut short. We played ONE game. He even left the electricity on while we were walking off the court. Laser tag was just as crappy. No one came to start the game. We had to take control and start it ourselves! Even the arcade robbed us. We were using the boxing game and it ate our $5 bill. This place is trash. In the end they expected us to pay full price! The manager literally told us he was going to fire the employee cause he was high. No joke. Huge liability!!

Ohmygosh this place is so fun. I actually thought didn't know what to think of thi gameroom. When I walked in it looked like a mini arcade and then as you turn the corner there's courts. Well, the court have the bumper carts with the whirlyball activity. Honestly, I dont know if I can even explain how fun it is, but you'll leave feeling like a big kid. Between the carts and games, the arcade and the laseryag...you have to try it!

They have games, bowling, laser tag and many fun activities for kids. For $12.99 it's all you can eat and the pizza was delicious. The ambience is inviting and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. We got our 4 year old an unlimited one hour pass and she got to play lots of games. The staff is incredible! I 100% recommend this place.

Previously they had some sort of unlimited pass for a certain amount of time in a day, that included attractions. That no longer exists. We decided to just load a card with funds, which previously you could use points for attractions. They didn't explain at the front counter they don't warn folks points no longer work for attractions, so we had to find out at the bumper cars that we have to go back up front and buy attraction credits at just shy of $8 a pop. During our visit on a Sunday, we ended up not seeing a single person doing bumper cars, rock wall, or lazer tag which normally being used regularly on a weekend day. Plus, the number of people on a weekend reminded us of the number that would be there on an early afternoon on a weekday. Covid killed off the buffet, the recent buy out killed off their decent all in pass for x amount for x amount of time. Now are running things a bit more like their competitors Alley Cats & Main Event. Yet there really hasn't been anything updated or improved upon in the 3 or 4 months that they have become Gametime. The cost is about the same as Main Event which is a better maintained place. While they have the indoor rock wall and bumper cars Alley cats has mini-golf and other outdoor rides. I don't expect Gametime to survive without bringing back the thing that brought people to Itz, even if there is some sort of price increase or slight change in set up. Like one unlimited pass for games and an upgrade for attractions... or vice versa. Cause there are to many just unlimited game play places in the area.

We also had the grandparents and his uncle/girlfriend so we had a party of 6 adults and 3 kids. The appetizers were all delicious. We had the 2 orders of The Game Day Grab and Potstickers. Both were delicious. We also Barbacoa Quesadilla, Elote Cauliflower, Creamy Chicken Nachos, Wings (Buffalo/Parmesan). We were so stuffed with appetizers. Only 2 adults ordered entrees which the Steak Bowl and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. One of the kids Chicken Strips and the Steak Bowl did not come out in time but the Beau (manager) took care of these items for us. He even a added tokens to our game card. After, we played till our hearts desire. We had to drag the kids away. The food was tasty and the service was great. The atmosphere was exciting for the kids because they got to play so many games. We will definitely come back again.

Bartender seemed lost. Our server who did good once he arrived, but it was 50 minutes into our 1.5 hour time, after waiting an hour for a lane. Manager also didn't acknowledge us when standing at the shoe area waiting. Asked a staff member if there was a water fountain, said no and walked away, didn't connect us with a server or say "sorry about that, you'll have to go to the bar." Just crickets. Will be going to Lewisville location instead.
