They have a few various pastries including some "mini" pie type pastries as well as cookies. They primarily sell whole pies. They have sweet as well as savory - which is kinda cool! They have the option of heating there for you to eat fresh or you can take and bake. I was impressed with the wide variety of pies available. I do wish they had slices available. Given my party size of 2, it wasn't realistic to try multiple. We ultimately elected to go for the cranapple. This pie was delicious! I am not an apple pie fan, but my partner is. This one won me over. The berry element really enhanced for me. I found the consistency to be very good and perhaps the highlight was the lovely streusel/crumble on top. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

I called ahead to ask if I could order my curry mild, and he said oh, they're not spicy. The guy on the phone was very nice. I ordered the spinach chicken. Chicken in a spinach, curry sauce, with rice, red onion and cilantro. I also ordered naan bread on the side. The food came very quickly, and it was amazing! The spinach curry chicken was very good. It was rich, but not overly so. The red onion and cilantro added to the flavor. The chicken was delicious, and very tender. . I loved the spinach curry sauce, it had just enough of a "zip" that I noticed that it was there. Hardly spicy at all. The rice was wonderfully fluffy. The naan bread was very tender, and also had a little bit of a richness to it. The meal also came with three sauces. A yogurt sauce, a green sauce, and a tamarind sauce. The yogurt sauce, I put into the curry bowl, which just added to the flavor, the green sauce was a bit too spicy for me, so I left that one to the side, , and the tamarind sauce I used as a dip for the naan. I really loved the tamarind sauce. It was sweet, and just a little bit tangy. . Just right. Both sauces were extremely good. It was a very generous portion, enough that I had plenty left over for a very nice breakfast. It reheated very well in the microwave in the morning. The price was very reasonable, especially with the fact that I got two meals out of it. I will remember this place. Thank you.

Both curries were incredibly flavorful and packed with chunks of tender meat. The chicken chili was slightly sweet (and not spicy at all, despite the name) and contrasted nicely with the lamb. The plate came with rice, yogurt, and naan, and was a generous portion, enough to be a light meal for two. Service was super friendly. We were offered samples of the various chicken curries as we tried to decide which one to get.

negative stars for this place…read more I had high hopes because I LOVE supporting new businesses in town, they have a nice-variety menu, a wide variety of desserts and interesting things in their store ...but every encounter with this place has been disappointment first and foremost: their prices are through-the-roof RIDICULOUS which would be forgivable IF the food was good OR enough. see in photo how much I paid ($11) for a couple drops of ice cream and a couple meh cookies. plastic spoon for scale, I paid $7.75 for about 75¢ of ice cream. see how much those cookies cost? not worth half that another time I got their $13 mushroom goat cheese sandwich which was bland = infuriating for $13! see in that other 1-star review that they use "Great Value" brand in their smoothies = YUCK!! this makes it quite clear that they do NOT care about quality. what other quality-free ingredients do they use? last thing: I left an honest comment on a facebook post and the Whistle Stop owner reported my comment to the group admin = passive aggressive. I wouldn't be surprised if the 5-star reviews for this place are family & friends of the owners & employees. steer clear of this place, friends, there are MUCH better options in Willits go to Karkar's or JD Redhouse for sammiches go to Scoops or JD Redhouse for milkshakes or ice cream go to Mariposa for smoothies
